Crap # 2: from jan lokpal bill
by Atanu great on Aug 22, 2011 04:16 PM

"It shall be the duty of the Grievance Redressal Officer to get the grievance redressed within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the complaint."
- As if grievance redressal officer can provide you a birth in hospital even if there is no seat. As if this officer can supply the electricity when there is loadsheding. Are they even literate to think like this?

On Kejiriwal's referndum
by Atanu great on Aug 22, 2011 03:35 PM  | Hide replies

Last night I heard Arvind Kejiriwal and Prashant Bhusan demanding a referendum to be held for the Indian citizen in Headlines Today. I assume they knows legality and if they know they need to explain under which law government will go door to door and ask people about their opinion? Under which head and legal authority the finance ministry will allocate the budget (which will be equivalent to budget for census of india) for referendum? More importantly, asking questions alone will not do. People need to be educated about what, how, when and effect of Lokpal. That needs training of enumerators with counseling/ education techniques. If I have to select between DDT and bednet for prevention of malaria, I have to know how both the things
work, right? And he claims he knows people's voice. I am sorry to see India has these kinds of people who supposedly influence public
policy.

Actually the govt. Lokpal is not at all powerful enough;
If you see all these days we have heard about the govt. Lokpal from Team Anna's mouth and they would obviously consider their one;
Govt. or its representative never explained their version of Lokpal so it is deemed to be consider that they dont have proper clauses or their intention is not good.

By your logic govt knowingly put clauses that can help them do corruption but be defeated in the next election? which party wants to do that? isn't winning election more important than doing corruption (because winning election can allow them to do corruption). so your logic is not correct.

Dear Pooji, I support Annaji's movement strongly however I dont agree on referendum through internet; Only 5% of India uses this technology and 99% of villages dont use that and 80% of India lives in villages;
so if its a voice of people or voice of metro?

Please support his voice as he cannot wait for 3 more years after all 'umar ho gayi hai'; He needs to be PM before he dies; Last time Atalji cheated him; He was the one who made BJP to limelight by doing rathyatra but when it was time to reap the harvest Atalji ate the fruit. So much injustice...
