Anna Hazare movement should be combined with Sai Baba movement and create a bigger movement with Rs.40,000 Crores.

This will solve all problems in India.

Out of box thinking.

Blue Revolution will happen
by D S on Apr 24, 2011 10:40 PM  | Hide replies

Blue REVOLUTION declaration is more powerful help to Lok Pal draft because Blue REVOLUTION gives DIRECT election (of PM/CM and even Lok Pal ) power to PEOPLE and direct impeachment power to PEOPLE (LOK).

In the current Lok Pal draft. WHO APPOINTS THE LOK PAL ? anyone here??? Is it Sonia's uncle who appoints , is it my uncle who appoints or is it the people (lok) ??

Under Blue revolution declaration.
"
Impeachment vote happens after every 6 months OR a year, dis-grunted people(irate citizen_ show up at the election booth and vote against the elected for IMPEACHMENT causes. ONCE IMPEACHED by 51% of ALL those who voted for all the candidates last time(which elected the one to be impeached), The corrupt elected will be ejected and tried for punishment.
"
Cost of election and impeachment is not big if we use honest EVMs with print-outs that allows voters to check the tally. And allows voters to add final tally from all the EVMs. It is like using computer at cyber-cafe. Dummy EVMs can be kept so people can test before they use the real one with tally print-out. Honesty, enforced by people and not by election officials.

For safety or to prevent bribes, the people can be disallowed from taking the tally print-outs with them in certain places. They will have to put it in a secure locked box before leaving (for later-day inquiry).
BUT THE FINAL/Last VOTE on EVM should be casted by Candidate representatives who can be allowed to carry the print-outs and sh

continued ..

UT THE FINAL/Last VOTE on EVM should be casted by Candidate representatives who can be allowed to carry the print-outs and show it to EC officials.
Dharwin who is banned adds -
instead of disallowing voters to take the vote tally print-out after vote is casted, they will have to put it in a secure locked box (like ballot box) before leaving (in-case there is inquiry) the booth. Though the last votes that will have to be casted by each of the candidate representative and they can take the vote tally print-outs after showing to EC officials for records so count addition of all EVMs can be verified..

REAL ESTATE ROOT CAUSE OF CORRUPTION
by ravi shankar on Apr 24, 2011 09:34 PM  | Hide replies

Real estate is one business which will give the useless fit for nothing thugs the chance to make disproportionate income by bullying and cheating people. Normal people who are more educated and slogging to make ends meet will end up becoming corrupt to reach the income levels of these fit for nothing thugs. Our PM and FM should take measures to curtail this lot by doing the following according to me.1)Stop providing easy loans to real estate companies.
2)Not releasing the loans already sanctioned.
3)Not restructuring the already released loans due for payment.4)Allowing the natural economic process to take care of the prices of the properties.5)Allowing the companies to become NPA account if the loan due is not paid.

HOPE THIS WILL SET EDUCATED AND PEOPLE SUPPORTING ANNA H. to mobilse more people to support this so that all the INDIANS WITH OUT THE SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNMENT CAN HAVE HOUSES WITHOUT RESORTING TO BECOMING CORRUPT.

If that is the root cause of corruption then corruption will exist forever.

Owning a home in metros is becoming a distant dream for average Indians.

With the ever increasing scarcity of land and homes to build in the metros, there is no end to real estate in sight.

Anna Hazare movement
by subramani on Apr 24, 2011 01:07 PM  | Hide replies

I support Anna Hazare movement. I will do my best for it.
I am seeing him as another Gandhi. This Gandhi is going to bring 'freedom from goondas, rowdies, corrupt politicians, corrupt government officials and corrupt businessmen'. Only if we get that, India can be a truly democratic nation. Let us end the politics run by few families. It is like another Raja culture. If sonia is proved to be corrupt, let us Hang her.

HAZARE & HIS CAMPAIGN AGAINST HAZARE.

It appears that there is no other way to get response from Governments, either it was British RAJ or it is LOKTANTRA of Independent India, except by the use of VIOLENCE.Threat to KILL the other(HATYA) or to KILL the oneself(ATMHATYA), the way, to get RESPONSE from a GOVERNMENT, is harmful for the health of an INDEPENDENT Country like INDIA.Some HEALTHY and RATIONALE way is to be evolved to get RESPONSE for a nobel cause.

Menace of Corruption
by JAYANT TANKSALE on Apr 24, 2011 12:51 PM  | Hide replies

Framing of a law against corrupt can only be termed a 'humble' beginning. The basic question is whether people prefer to become corrupt because here is no law as such OR or they do not mind becoming corrupt because of the inordinate time that it takes for a Court in India to nail him ?
Most of the crimes are committed with intent. If a criminal offence gets committed without intent, we term it as an accident. The inordinate time that it takes for a Court to conclude a crime is an all important merit which the said corrupt person is entitled to avail.
Hence, merely framing of a law is not going to suffice unless it is backed up by an effective mechanism which can bring the culprits to book expeditiously.
A common man is worried about growing lawlessness because it is spreading like an epidemic. If to bring it under control is a responsibility of a profession of Doctors, similarly to bring lawlessness under control is also a comprehensive obligation of a profession of all law professionals. A common man considers India to be a powerhouse of legal talent, but alas...., maintaining legal health is considered as a responsibility of only those law professionals who are Judges ( 1.5 % ) while sparing Advocates ( 98.5 % ) although they are equally qualified and "learned" as the Judges.
Hence, I believe that unless we take effective steps to improve Judicial system in India, this law will also have a cosmetic worth which other already framed laws have alr

I liked the statement. To bring the confidence on Law whatver is currently, we are all responsibile to fight for our rights.
Just imagine if we stop shopping in the Mall if the Mall doesnt have proper parking facilities. Just imagine if you are others like you drag the govt official out of job for demanding bribe. All such things happen when others you and you support others. Today we are all personally focussed, and feel this is all waste of time. we are excited when some one like Anna Hazare fasts and exchange a lot of emails, blogs and others. there is more to do from all of us.

As a matter of fact there is a proverb which says (in Hindi )

" Hame Dar Nahi Durjanoki Dushttase,
Hame Dar Hai sajjanoki Nishkriyatase"

Unless, all sajjans in the society come together, they have no right to expect that one day God will resurface and do "everything" which we dream of by reciting a Bhagwadgeeta rhyme

" Yada Yadahi Dharmasya....."
