Military Rule
by Sadhu on Apr 16, 2011 12:53 AM

We should remove all political parties & introduce Military Rule in India to end corruption.

First priority should be to bring all money from foreign banks. If the foreign banks don't cooperate declare war on their country.

Also, military should allow only one child per couple & compulsory minimum 1 year military service for all.

Lok pal bill to serve the nation should embrace few test bits---

* Adarsh housing, CWG scam, 2G spectrum, Judges corrupt amassing wealth and such others should be tried and property consicated, within a short spell of time

* Politicians and government servants should provide statements of their property for the last 10 years

* Politicians draw the policies and the govt servants implement for academic purposes. Why then they admit their wards in privtae institutions to keep public instituions to serve for the poor. Even after 65 years poverty could not be eradicated why then these polical parties?

* Since 1991 politicians talk about farmers, agriculture but allocation in the budget is so meagre. How long can they be kept as slaves? In 2010 as many as 3070 farmers committed suicide in Tamilnadu. Who talks about them?

* Healthcare is so poor. Nearly 130 babies die in Tamilnadu everyday due to malnutrition or illhealth.
* Invited suggestions from the public, screen and incorporate in the bill to be people-oriented.
*

Lok pal bill to be in national interest the test bits are---

2G spectrum Adarsh housing, CWG scandal, Judges corruptions, should have fast, transparent trial . Pensions should be stopped. Any suspended for corruption- monetory fraud, cheating in the work place-should be published in all media with family details outlined.

* Flush out all government servants making them to publish their property today and during the last 10 years- Bihar may be a guideline

*Politicians since elected at anytime the property should be scrutinised by a honest retired accountant- generals panel.

* All contracts should made transparwent. Elders with good health NGOs should be made into committees to supervise

* Tax money being given as free is a fraud. It should be from their political parties.Tax money should be used for constructive purposes only

* Government departments should move into taluks, villages except those which should necessarily be in cities.

* Politicians draw policies and the government servants execute them. Why then they put their wards in private schools and colleges and not in public schools. It is purposely to keep the poor and the rural always in poverty in whose name they run their political show.

* Since 1991 politicians talk about farmers, agriculture but allocation of funds for agriculture has dwindled, loan is a fraud. Why waive loans insteatd of offering for improving farming?

People should be invited to offer suggestions

Dear Indian friends
many many poeple all across India including Anna Hazare worked on this Bill

1.South Korea had corruption too before it was rooted out there with good laws

2.Likewise Homgkong city mayor on a exchange visit to India ,to Hyderabad city while interacting with Indians about corruption said at one point 80 percent of all Hong Kong Police was corrupt so they sacked some and started fresh with good policies

Today HingKong police is among the finest

In Indias case after independence we had first generation leaders like Nehru ,Bose, sastri etc and they were very honest

Corruption seeped into system ,both politicians and people are responsible for it no use blaming only some section

But at the same time ,in 1970s we were preoccupied with border wars (Pak - Bangladesh split) ,wars with pak and hostile cold war scenarios

We had limited technology ,and bright IItiand always went out

it was only with IT service sector we regained confidence and we lost Harware edge to taiwan and chip design to south korea and taiwan so the asian tigers roared in 1970s while we clocked low growth rate

only 1990s till now we grew and out Indian business started to exert (Tatas ,Mahindras etc ) but we have a long way to go .... to get better quality and design good products

we have missed the boat then (1970s ) but we have some money and people
But best way is to do our R and D and build or develop some tech in Nuclear Power and Space industries

Now that the few persons have impressed upon us that, like Ceasers wife, they are above suspicion, and in order to FAITHFULLY obey the NEW KEEPERS of our CONSCIENCE and CONSTITUTION, I BEG of them to let us know WHOM we should vote for in the next elections, both at the State level and Centre, who should the Judges Collegium elect and appoint as Justices, WHO should become the NEXT General of the Army, Chief of Staff and what have you.You see I dodnot want an EXTRAA constitutional authority to suddenly send team of law enforcers to my house and TEACH me about what is right and wrong.I would like to prostrate mysef at their feet and grovel for being able to call myself A CORRUPT FREE INIAN, since now ONLY the social activist appointed Lokpal will have ALL authority. I would also like Kiran Bedi, Arvind Kejriwal, Ramadev,Agnivesh, Art of living Swami AND Anna Hazare to make public THEIR income tax return status.Thank you before I am accused of BREACHING NEW constitutional authorites powers.

It is only a temporary affair. Like 'KUMBHAKARAN' Government would wake up for one day and again go into deep slumber.

Why blame the Govt alone. We all are responsible for the corruption.

Roots of corruption have deep set in and it will take many an Anna Hazares to root out corruption.

As the saying goes, "Kutay ki dum chhe mahine tak bhi zameen mein daba kay rakho, jab nikalo ge woh terhi ki terhi hi rahegi."

This is the play of the government. After getting done RTI and RTE. The Lokpal Bill. It is all drama made by Government to introduce the Lokpal Bill. If they try to do it the congress, BJP and other parties make hue and cry. This is the simplest way to introduce such bill and acts. Clever Sardar using all methodologies. Get a public support and introduce stringent laws to eradicate the corruption.

One thing I agree with you is that MMS is clever. But he is in the wrong business. It will take a Sheshan to do any thing concrete about the corruption.

As long as we have this tendency of jumping queues, which is a root cause of the corruption,we will keep on doing a great dis-service to our future generations.

The need of the hour is a revolution amongst our women who wold try to inculcate the values, we see in Sachin Tendulkar, in an every child they have, while we will keep busy worsening the situation further.
