J&K, Arunachal Pradesh
by veer on Nov 01, 2010 09:17 AM  | Hide replies

How much is Pakistan and China willing to pay to get these states respectively? Congress party will settle the whole issue to the satisfaction of all involved parties. Satisfaction guaranteed!!! P.S It may require that the External affairs minister receiving the cash has to step down from the cabinet (until rehabilitated by Mrs. Sonia). If you happen to be a Dalit or Muslim you can rubbish all claims of scams.

BJP is equally corrupt. Bangaru Laxman did was seen by entire world.. Tehelka scam, coffin scam .... Where did Rahul Mahajan get so much of money from? .. money to burn 500 Rs. note and snort coke? And now he is getting a new wife every year. Pramod made thousands of crores in a very short span. Right now BJP led government is looting and rapping the natural wealth of Karnataka.

Not sure what crores you are counting. Bofors alone outruns all the scams you listed by 1000 times. Bhopal slaughter has Rajiv involvement as he gave safe passage to Anderson.
These are 2 very small-time scams of Cong. We are not even talking about CWG, UN and other multi scams.

Our Indian people are useless. They only care about their pockets. Now Congress will come out with 7th Pay Commission one year before the General Elections in 2013. All our foolish government employees will again vote for this corrupt party because they have got extra money in their pockets

If you take the history of Pay Commissions since 1947 you will come to know that all have been implemented around 1 year before any General Elections. And in all Pay Commissions implementation the Congress was in power. This is Congress strategy of winning elections without development.

by markand desai on Nov 01, 2010 09:08 AM

aAmit shah accused is to be put in jail so that he can not influence evidences.

why ashok chavan is still CM just because he is CONGRESS CM?

WHY CHAVAN IS NOT PUT IN JAIL SO THAT HE CAN NOT MENIPULATE EVIDENCES?

CONGRESS HIGH COMMAND IS BUYING TIME IN NAME OF PROBE SO THAT EVIDENCES ARE BURRIED EFFECTIVELY THE WAY IT IS DONE IN BOFFORS CASE!!

Can a thief be forgiven if he just gives up the loot, on being caught ?

So should these Political thieves not be allowed to get away by just giving up these flats ?
They should be put in jail .

The confidential discussions on the N-deal was going on for several years (2000). In normal conditions the discussions are based on the basics. But in this case it was not from the basics, but from end result. First the final target is fixed viz. the terms of FINAL contracts and contractors. Then the experts were authorised to prepare project reports with cooked-up parameters to suit the predetermined end. Then initiated the media hype about N-energy (savior) that created a smoke screen that bar people see the real PLAY. Now it is proved that the project reports are just illusory and false & unfit for execution. Check following:

1. Uranium price assumed and vision to ensure availability at reasonable price

2. Life of reactors assumed
3. Layout earmarked for N-waste disposal, disaster liability,Security direct/indirect, land acquisition, environment protection, infrastructure etc
4. Subsidy from the govt
5.Who provide finance for the un-viable projects and terms
6. Price variations assumed for Uranium
7. Cost escalations and delay expected
8. Energy cost per unit arrived at for comparison and future tariffs
9. Overview of projects world over-problems, success & failures

NGOs, whistle-blowers to think whether these projects comes under CONFIDENTIALITY. The EXECUTIVE cannot undermine the interest of state invoking confidentiality. The Judiciary, Legislature, Information Commissioner, RBI, CAG, CVC, IB and above all the Media are to wake up and be pro

Resignation won't help
by Cool Mahesh on Nov 01, 2010 08:57 AM  | Hide replies

So many scams from Bofors to CWG to Adarsh to ....................., but not a single person has been convicted. Just asking some minister to resign will not help because 1 - 2 years down the line he will get another ministry and the same thing will start over again.
The sad part is that we Indians value corrupt people and don't take action against them.
