I do not think these opinion polls have got it right. They are going to go horribly wrong once again. It will be a very tough fight in Bihar and I sense that Lalu team might scrape through in the end. Though Nitish can be credited with development and better maintenance of law and order, yet Bihar caste calculations are much more complex and the Yadavs who are the largest castes here will root all out for Lalu combined with the Muslim and Dalit vote which will make this alliance formidable. Media will realize this once the results are out.

Due to only this jawaha indira sonia we have lots of issue.Because these peoples are not willing to solve the issue , they are maintaing issue to his own profit. And finally we are fighting with ous and blaming with other "What they have done in last 50 years for india " if you compare with other contries where we are in the terms of development.

If Rahul baba can pass litmus test with just 2 seats, then Robert baba can also win election with just two votes.

Yes. Lalit Modi is great indeed. The other Modi is banned outside Gujarat. No one wants him in their states! Sad.

Nitish's task is different here... He has worked fro "grassroots level"... and due to the poor condition of bihar's infrastructure... he could develop a little... but for Modi... he got the best community to work with... who are natural entrepreneurs... so the conditions are just opposite for both of them....
All states in India are having an IT coridor in the capital city. Is there any IT corridor in Patna developed by Nitish. I am not sure, how far Bihar has developed under Nitish. Can anyone tell us.
Re: IT Corridor in Bihar
by Azad on Oct 20, 2010 11:19 AM
IT corridors have produced "Code-Coolies"... Biharies are for business and farming... we do not need IT corridors...

Can I remember you when BJP Tied with other party to form the Govt in Karnataka . Now BJP is the most powerful party in Karnataka . See what happen in Bihar next. In AP whre i live BJP is increasing very rapidly, ABVP(Bjp's student wing) most poewerful organization in the state though kongress is rulled AP most of the time..

In Kerala, ABVP is stronger than anyone except SFi. How many seats does BJP win though? Lets not forget Orissa...

by Rohit Kanwar on Oct 20, 2010 11:15 AM
I became a fan of Nitish, when he returned all the money of Gujrat. That was a slap on the face of Modi.
Re: Re: Seculars love Nitish
by suman khan on Oct 20, 2010 11:26 AM
Rohit - Nitish want to appease terrorist Muslim. See how many muslim vote he gets. Other party like lallo-Vilas party & kongress are appeasing muslim day & night.
Yes I agree Modi and Nitish are not comparable . Nitish talk about development and trying to prove that he can do it while modi already developed his state. Hats off to Modi and wish a luck to Nitish.
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Gabori on Oct 20, 2010 11:04 AM
Modi didn't develop Gujarat, Gujarat was already prosperous before Modi took over. Take that to your brains.
Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Gabori on Oct 20, 2010 11:04 AM
It is Nitish task that is more difficult. He is trying to develop an under developed State. Hats off to him.
Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by venu kannur on Oct 20, 2010 11:15 AM
Really? Gujarat was developed before Modi? Then why Gujjus are electing Modi's BJP in every single election?
Re: Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by priyabrata tripathy on Oct 20, 2010 11:23 AM
Because Modi will not be elected elsewhere in Once Germany also elected Hitler...now even a swastik is poision to them...
Re: Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Gabori on Oct 20, 2010 11:21 AM
Development and elections are totally different. Modi wins not because of development but due to communal agenda
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by priyabrata tripathy on Oct 20, 2010 11:05 AM
Another perspective; a bitter truth: Modi was lucky to inherit a developed state with the most enterprise people of India Nitish is lucky to inherit the most underdeveloped state, so even a new electric bulb will make a difference..
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Pratham Patil on Oct 20, 2010 11:08 AM
Milind , well said..... Development was an alien word for Indian Politics and it is Modi who actually did a commendable job and now rest are trying to following which is good. As far as Bihar is concerned, evenif Nitish builds 2 toilets in Bihar , it would be considered as development as earlier CMs did nothing except producing kids ..
Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by priyabrata tripathy on Oct 20, 2010 11:24 AM
Even India shining was an alien word...no...hurting it...Ok...don't think about it.
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by giveanid on Oct 20, 2010 01:12 PM
Modi is banned outside Guj. Guj was industrially developed even before Modi. And, Delhi, MH, Kerala, Haryana, Goa etc are more developed than Guj.
I somehow admire Nitish for his non secular non communal agenda of governance. He takes everyone into confidence before he makes a policy. Otherwise how could BJP run piggyback on him for the last 5 years? Nitish is the future of this country. HE attracts awe and envy from his detractors and foes alike. What's more, he's trying to cleanup the mess Lalloooo created through his wife's proxy government a few years ago. I only wish people stop comparing Nitish with the clone of Hitler - Modi. Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Uaskedforit on Oct 20, 2010 10:50 AM
RICE BAG what do you mean by "non secular non communal agenda " ??? PS : If he "attracts awe and envy from his detractors" .. they would not be his detractors !! ( Like saying if george pinto's aunty had B alls she would have been his Uncle !!) Modi much as you dont like him is the best CM... with effort Nitish can move closer to him in rankings !!
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Rohit Kanwar on Oct 20, 2010 10:49 AM
the good thing is that Nitish returned all the Gujju money which Modi had donated. He would have returned all the GhatiMoney also, but GhatiBabuas gave no money to Bihar. So Nitish is cool...
Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by koolindian on Oct 20, 2010 11:19 AM
but why are biharis still squatting in all the cities of india doing menial jobs. Do you see any gujarati in other states doing menial jobs??
Re: Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Pratham Patil on Oct 20, 2010 10:54 AM
@Rohit... The very reason that Nitish is only a "POLITICIAN" that he returned money given by Gujarat..to show that he is "muslim" friendly... So if he is a clean adminstrator ...... raises question marks... as he is following the same Congi - RJD mantra ..with little biut of development..
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by shubasrikrishna on Oct 20, 2010 10:50 AM
Christians are more dangerous than Muslims. Indian Muslims openly are anti indian, Indian christians stab from the back
Re: Modi and Nitish are not comparable at all.
by Pratham Patil on Oct 20, 2010 10:52 AM
The word "development" , "able administrator" etc etc came into Indian politics due to Modi... Noone can take credit for it including Nitish. When you say taking all together, you mean "Muslims" ? right ? But that is Nitish' compulsion as Bihar has 20% population of Muslims. Modi follows "development " mantra without any discrimination ... Muslims in Gujarat do much better than Muslims in Bihar... So before you open ur big mouth , think deeper...
