the AIMPLB and Waqaf Board are hell bent on challenging the HC verdict in SC.

After passing the resolution to challenge the HC vedict in SC,the Moslem bodies, as black mailing tactics, now want to meet kanchi seer on the matter for out of court settlement.

Simple Fatcs
by Jai Babu on Oct 19, 2010 10:28 AM  | Hide replies

The courts interpreted the law in the light of evidence presented before it. The judgement reflects that. It is time that we as a nation attempt closure! The court judgement could be used as a starting point for both communities to negotiate a mutually acceptable solution. That is specifically why the court ordered that STATUS QUO should be maintained for 3 months. Why has the BREAST-BEATING already started? The case can be referred to the Supreme Court. So why this ORCHESTRATION of opposition to the judgement on the grounds that it is legally untenable and it took Hindus' Faith into consideration? And this in country like India which gives its minority community the right to say five times a day that theirs is the only true g0d! Could one twist it to say that this chant itself amounts to contempt for the be1ievers in other g0ds/re1igions?
The Mus1im community should follow Farooqui's well meant advice to give up belligerance as the majority community seems to be in no mood to tolerate it!

A large chunk of our Indian Mus1ims live a life mired in poverty & deprivation. The madrassas & clerics exploit this with the promise of education & food security. There might be a few rare madrassas where apart from theological education, a grounding in basis sciences, math, etc is provided, but a large majority of madrassas are just brainwashing factories! And many sections of the Mus1ims do take the fatwas emanating from these seminaries and aalims quite seriously. Manny of these fatwas and rigid ideologies threaten the very way that liberal and democratic societies run! Another issue is the attempt to attribute a separate ethnicity to Mus1ims! Recall the hullaboo over the Deobandi fatwa against Mus1im women working? Or over Vande Materam? Sadly, Is1am has been reduced to a list of dos and don’ts! Almost every month, there is an addition to what is forbidden. Mullahs issue half-baked edicts on everything under the sun, and ordinary people, unsure of themselves, pay lip service to these teachings. Muslims risk gerring isolated & further marginalised at a time when globalisation is breaking down barriers at a frenzied pace. It is this silent flock of the poor faithful who are manipulated & used by the clerics & ideologues to not only lend legitimacy to their fanciful ideals but also suffer the consequences!

The days of Arabic Barbarianism are Over!!!
by Rao Fakir on Oct 19, 2010 10:15 AM

Look, in 1992, Hindoos were weak, India was weak too (Govt had to beg IMF for dollar loans as they ran out of foreign currency). Mohemeddans on the other hand were strong and even the Western Govt (plus Arab nations) were on their side...fast forward 2010, India is the fastest growing economy in the world (next only to China)...Hindus (courtesy of the IT boom) are 10 times more richer and stronger than all of Muzlim world combined and post-911, the West and even moderate Arab countries have understood the truth about Militant Izzlam...with the world against them, they are not in a position to harm India and cause riots like they did back in 1992 and then convinently blamed it on others. Even Shias have understood how cunning and cruel and inhumn the Sunni Extrimists are

Hinduism is more of an assimilative culture of Dharma or the path of righteousness! Diverse viewpoints are accepted! Hinduism has a space for rationalists too!

Is it not better to hmake id01s rather than blindly following the rantings of a child-m0lestor and caravan robber? Is it not better than blowing up innocent pewople for houris & wines in afterlife? But then for such rationale, people need to have brains!

No where documented that Babar owned the land or he transferred ownership to some one living in Ayodhya. And latter on the false descendent of babar making a flase claim to a piece of land in Ayodhya. This is the result of conversion and coercion that fairness and honesty eludes this people.

British did not buy their claim, congress hesitated to get into this, probably now they will ask americans to solve an indian problem. You have gamed the system to its capacity, and reality stares in your face. Live for peace and dignity or lies and deceit. choose your world.

Why is it that when you claim all these lofty ideals come from ur scriptures, that ur twisted version of Is1am is at war with all other faiths in the world??? It is because dumb0s like u avoided any reform inspite of the advent of rationalistic thought and new scientific discoveries! Just a simple klnowledge of Evolution, Genetics, astronomy and Geology is enough to contradict all the bullcrap written down in ur b00k! Nowhere else you will you find this slavish deference to all that is written in some B00K! To put it simply, ur 7th century version of Is1am based on the fantasies of some mentally challenged nomads and goatherds, is out of sync with the modern world! U barbarians actually believe that no civilizations flourished before the marauding armies of violent Islamic ideologies ran riot around the world on the promise of plundered riches and war booty?
Is the Islamic world unreconciled to modernity and perhaps irreconcilable?

Why so importance to Muslim Law board?

Is MLB a legally established body or is is a private club of mullahs? The way our secular media roll out red carpet to these chaps is really surprising.

see the absurd question - 'how the judgement went agains muslims' - this is instigation - read the news papers b4 the judgement - all political and other parties told they would accept the judgement and now these political as well as journalists are worried and instigating the muslims and hindus. they should be shunned by all

I asked about MLB. If you have any idea let us know. If you want to talk about anti conversion law, pl. note that SC has upheld the acts of MP and Orissa . I believe the laws were passed when Cong. was in power in those states.
