It is maddening way the cities are getting crowded without any sense behind it. Small companies simply follow the big boys of India Inc without analysing the market requirement and put up their offices in Big cities only to embolden themselves with excessive overhead without any ROI to it. Old adage still holds true that majority of Industry captains do not think from their head and simply follow the advice paddled by their coterie . Why should there be Industry in the midst of high density population. They say it leads to big consumption but overlook the basic fact that their other spending heads also increase in fact more sharply and that dents their profit margin. Instead, it is always a better option to have offices in smaller cities and stockyard/warehouse should operate from those places where land is lying vacant for years in the outskirts area. One simple fact - More Employment the company gives, the more profit it reaps as Employees are their best publicity media. No media works as dilligently or effectively as Employees' word of mouth publicity. Yet, many companies do not spend much on hiring people . Let some sense prevail to such companies.

What a perverted brain this pseudo-named “Police Officer” possesses! We see this guy writing comments on each & every discussion board and always giving rascal like comments on separatist, communal, casteist and anti-national lines - SC, Non-SC etc. He is always seen justifying the scamster Raja and he ardently thinks that SCs have a birthright to swindle public money. He is not fit to share views with gentlemen on Rediff Boards. Rediff should delete all his comments from the Board at the first sight. May be, he is a Maoist or a terrorist from Lashkar! But one thing is for sure – he is definitely anti-national.

"Banana Republic" means a country where anarchy prevails for long. That is, there is "Lesseiz faire" type of polity. This is the true meaning of 'Banana Republic'. Ignore the cheap and vulgar comments Deepika!

In economic parlance, ‘Banana Republic’ means – “A small state dependent on foreign capital, typically as a result of the domination of economy by a single trade, and hence politically unstable.”
