America has never tired of telling Pakistan about we should look after our nuclear arsenal because the Taliban might get their hands on it. When Pakistan told them we screen our people before assigning them such tasks.This seems to be insufficient for them.
BVut look at America's record. A B-52 bombver carried thermonuclear weapons across America whereas the plane was supposed to be checked to prevent this from happening. Then they shipped Thermonuclear bomb parts to Taiwan by mistake and now they have WikiLeaks.
My advice to them is they should go far far away and set their house in order first. Who needs enemies when America is your friend? They'll kill you with advice.

And we cannot afford to have a weak and spineless PM like mms leading us in times when there is so much at stake.
We need a very shrewd and smart PM who can spin a web of smart lies, ideology and diplomacy to lure our most hostile enemies into becoming our friends while cutting their roots from within.

Also some of them were 'stolen' by decrypting outbound TOR traffic between multiple nodes they control, and downloading the documents that were sent by foreign diplomats etc.
Most of their sources are people working for the government. For example a lot of the military leaks came from a 22-year old tech analyst who was just a lance corporal. He became disillusioned with the secrecy.
