Nitish will have to approach the corrupt congis at the center for lot of funds! The corrupt still controls lot of what can be done in Bihar. However, Nitish will do his best with the limited resources at his disposal.

One should stop using such words munuwadi etc. in the present politics. The days have gone when such words fooled people and also the caste politics is becoming insignificant. The Political parties henceforth should choose candidates who can really deliver and not only those who can win.
