In all my years of print and media journalism i have come across various sticky situations, various matters where i had to put my foot down and educate the media to an extend and people in general about the real story. Such comments made by our friend over here needs to be condemed with cold facts. Our friend here seems to know a lot about the pulse of the peace loving Kashniri awam. what i think so he doesnt know that this is the same awam for whom the names he has mentioned are heroes. I believe there has to be freedom of speech, but accusing Soldiers with great track record is not done. Iam friends with two of them and can stick my neck out for their commitment towwards the greater cause to Kashmir. In fact we should stop using kashmir and start using Jammu & kashmir instead.Few know that when Lt. Col Somesh was expecting a kid, he was busying in combing operations in Drass, Few know every winter its a struggle for Lt. Shreenath Now Major. All thanks to woulds sustained in anti insurgency activities. Please i appeal to all first do a little research and then comment on sensitive issues. JaiHind. Long live our brave soldiers. Our army is still the same mighty and ofcourse the with same moral values.

You are not true to your heart. Feel the feelings of this nation and not of just few long beards.
his bosses like generals were busy in grabing flats in Adarsh, and similar schemes in Mumbai and Delhi, they were busy in making money in Bofors, making money in substandard chest guard, coffins. He lost life for country and his booses looted the country.

F**k them bro. What we're happy with is the fact that such a column has been started on the pages of a BLUE N YELLOW SITE like Rediff. Such heroes should indeed prove inspirational to a section of India's Youth who still beleive strongly in Patritotism & True Bravery. We salut yo, Brigadier Sir.
