yes u r right, 124 Vs 1000 was fantastic, but you must also know 120 Vs 5000 in rezan la 1962 against the chinese is compared to the thermaphyle legend. 120 indian soldiers msscrd more than 5000 chinks. even though our jawans ran out of ammo, they continued to slghtr the chinks in hand-hand combat. thats the stuff that our jawans are made of. unfortunately the same brave men are still ruled by the corrupt political class who have renderd not only themselves but the entire indian nation as subject of ridicule in front of the world.

just type "shaitan singh kumaon regiment" on google and you will get tons of facts about 1962 indo-china war. that war was lost not bcoz of our army but bcoz of stupid bravado of nehru clan and his jokerish commie defence minister krishna menon. had india used airforce (which was far superior to chinese both in numbers and quality) the outcome would have been totally different.

NEO, most of the stories of 1962 r hidden/destroyed by the congi to prevent the disclosure of the facts leading to the loss of India in that war...most of the docs that remain r under gandhi family's control in new delhi..so we may never know about some of the most awesome battle stories to feel proud of..
