Nehru Gandhi family cult

The Nehru Gandhis have 450 plus national schemes in their name so why crib about a few statues? There is nothing wrong with it. More power to you Mayawatiji.

What a waste
by Priyanshu Gupta on Mar 16, 2010 12:39 PM  | Hide replies

This is seriously...a big waste of money...in the country like INDIA and state like U.P. where people are striving for basic amenities like food, shelter and electricty; govt instead of looking into the basic issues of the people enjoying and explaining their leisure expenditure (1% of the total revenue). Black money is the most crucial issue which India, particularly U.P., is facing; this type of acts will be obvious motivating factor for genuine tax payers for not paying genuine tax and seek for alternatives because they know there hard earned money is going in history making of the choosen govt. party.

I am not sure who needs to look into this matter but yes such activities should definately be checked by some authority.

I think people is not able to acceopt that a Dalit woman is the ruler of UP .. thts is the crux of all hue & cry .. If she would be Brahmim .. thn i dont feel any problems to any one ..

the same set of people cry .. when thr is reservation for SC/ST & state & protest for removal of reservation .. but for the name of women reservation no one is raising there voice. but thr is demand for SC/ST women is reservation .. all are saying that all are against women reservation

what a hypocracy

Dear, sometimes people need to forgo many things including food to gain an iota of self respect in the society.
Tax payers will always evade as much as possible-- not an iota beyond that.
You better leave UP if you have your Dukandari there.

CIVIL JOBS GENERATE MAXIMUM CORRUPTION
by damodaran mohan on Mar 16, 2010 12:15 PM  | Hide replies

Generally the mega defence deals are the main source of mega kickbacks and corruption involving political parties and top politicians of the country. Then you have the contributions to party funds by the big business houses. But Mayamemsab is yet to graduate to that big league thanks to her own narrow Dalit centric politics. So only way out is such petty contractors and contracts for her party funding. Primarily govts. undertake Civil works involving cement, sand, stones, mortars, steel etc. or rather they invent such works where no necessity exist precisely for generating such corruption because jacking up estimates is the easiest thing and most of the material put in the work get hidden and could be sub-standard. Only when some mishap occurs people come to know about it. Parliament should pass laws making it mandatory to adopt Zero based budgeting(ZBB)concept--only essential schemes to be taken up,for these ‘Civil’ schemes to reduce unnecessary expenditures and corruption..

blah blah blah ...

and blah.

What do you really know about defence contracts and how they are executed ? lol.

The megabucks infact are in PWD. Chaggan Bhujbal is not a fool when he asked for PWD portfolio when he was kicked out of ministry following the Telgi scam. Thats a 2 lakh crore industry in maharastra alone.

Wake up.

And Maya ? Less said the better. She has half the brains as a normal human and that too in her toes.
