there is a line mentioned as snake hill and cow hill. if elephant hill is made up of granite then what about this snake hill and cow hill. kindly provide me information

Already govenrment has already announced that this project is permenantly dropped and what is the reason to publish this now?
At the same time where this foolish rediff went when nation's properties were looted throughout India?
