1. All people vote. 2. People vote judiciously for leaders who care about all sections of people in country. 3. Leaders have to judiciously create good bureaucracy and bureaucrats who wants to serve all sections of people. 4. Rest good things will happen automatically.

All people vote for note! When the entire population is corrupt,where is the question of good leaders or bureaucrats??
Do you remember those magnificient hills in the movie Sholay? Stunning, right? Go take a look in Ramanagaram to see how much of it is left. Left to these scumbags, they will cut down Chamundi Hills or even the Himalayas for profit.
the DMK is specialized in different kind of stealing in Tamilnadu. first they took the contract for laying metallic road, which has got no guideline in p.w.d. then they cleaned mud from the rivers stating that they are cleaning the river, which too has got no guidelines. then they went for the sethu samudram project( taking mud from the sea), against which there was stiff resistance from the court and the public, then this novel idea of creating granite elephant, in which there is no limit for minting money from the stones. next who knows even the God himself does not know except Mr. T.R.Balu
With half blind and his goooon children ruling TN, what else can we expect. Its a wonder its still there. Most probably all these 50000 people will take an extra bag of rice,TV and shift their buuuttts.Else the kiillller Alugiri will have them murdeed as he had done to some media people and some of his own partmen who had opposed him.
