This hill is no good for granite. Everybody in Madurai knows it. Gnesh Nadar is ignorant of fact. For some political reasons the politicians like Vaiko took up this matter. Govt of Tamilnadu already announced to drop the project in its gezette.

Stupid sentiments should be burried. The govt. proposal to make the hill as a sculpt town is apt. For the heck of it, one cannot keep opposing, every policy of the govt.

The problem is not policy - it is the scoundrels making the policy.
Few politicians will make tons of money.
No one objects to the policy in the larger interest of public.
DMK is one of the most corrupt parties in the country.

LOL!!! Policy of the government! Nonsense! Learn to respect your heritage and natural habitat. Enough of sculptures are lying around. Let us find ways and means to take care of them rather than spend our energies in ruining existing natural beauty under the garb of 'development'.

Respecting heritage we should learn a lot from European Countries .
In our country you have seen how the UP government was trying to destroy even Taj Mahal - A corrupt politician likeMayawati is behind the scam.
In old some of old fiction - a worst charector is often said as he will sell his mother and lend his wife . Our politicians are worse than that.

The solution is straight forward. Turn it into a religious issue (one of hind00 rights). Make it out to be a hind00 cultural landmark and if govt touches it, DMK will loose all hind00 votes in most of southern tamil nadu and iam sure g00nda alagiri will not like to spoil his re-election chances from his home constituency.
