No, No, NO

We don't want criminals to investigate themselves. How can we expect thse so-called GOM to investigate and indivate fellow ministers aka criminals like Arjun Singh, Abhisek Singhvi, Kamal Nath and so on?

We need citizen's investigation mainly comprising of Bhopal Survivors, activists and opposition parties to conduct this.

Don't think people are fools!

PM should intervene

It is understandable that the first Sikh PM of India is poorly placed to seek justice for the 1984 riots(where those killed were sikhs). But it is hard to understand if the PM is unable to seek justice for the Bhopal Gas Tragedy of 1984.

PM is American Faithful Dog. How can he investigate this case and do you think they will get justice?

Democracy means rule of law. If you want PM to intervene on such matters better opt for Mughal Rule, so that the Emperor can issue a farmaan. We had such arbitrary rule and rulings from all and sundry in the post-Nehru and pre-Vajpayee phase of India.

MMS like Nehru and Vajpayee is clearly committed to dismantling any personalisation of authority which bypasses or corrupts law.

This ardous task is not easy to implement and not always feasible. The image of PM becomes, to those attuned to darbari directing, an anchronism. These wise efforts shall make India a superior legal state and lead to efficient devolution of power to lower structures, thereby making workings and decision-making of the government much faster and tuned to improvement based on local feedback.

why r we all shouting for Anderson and his escape ?? show me how many Indians and their political masters have been convicted and punished for any crime ?? why not first book Indians who helped Anderson escape ?? Anderson as an owner has less liability than the people directly ignoring or weakening the case against Union Carbide..
