Srinagar, July 6: In the latest spate of killings by police and paramilitary CRPF in Kashmir, four persons, including a young woman, were dropped dead and around hundred persons including policemen and media persons injured in the summer capital on Tuesday. As the situation deteriorated fast in and around the Srinagar city, authorities clamped indefinite curfew across the summer capital. It all started at Gangbugh locality in Batamaloo, where massive protests broke out today against the death of a young boy in the CRPF custody Monday. Witnesses said the youth, Muzaffar Ahmad Bhat, 17 son of Ghulam Muhammad Bhat of Tengpora, By-pass went missing last evening when CRPF were chasing away a group of young boys after mild protests and stone-pelting in the area. “The family and the neighbours of the youth looked for him till midnight while the protests continued till late night,” witnesses said. “The boy was picked up by CRPF and beaten to death. His body was disposed off by troopers near the Gangbugh stream during the night,” they said. Police, however, claimed that he drowned into the stream when paramilitary troopers were chasing away a group of youth. In the morning, as locals came to know about the incident, they spilled out onto the streets and staged massive protests. The angry protesters pelted stones on police and paramilitary troopers. Frannkly its hindus u are minority in india.and thats why bjp tries to cash on them.budisht jains and many sections dont consider them hindu but rss consider them as hindu just to keep figures if majority

This will continue until our country treats these people as minorities. Why do we have to treat all muslim issues with kid gloves. Army should be given sweeping powers to control the mobs. The muslims need to know that they are part of hindustan. If they are not interested then can go and stay in the partitioned part of India, i.e., Pakistan. They live in India and support Pakistan. The stone throwing incident is because pakistan is playing with us from behind the scenes. What our country (India) needs to do is that have the rules changed and see that other religions also develop in Kashmir. The Kashmiri pandits need to be rehabilitated in Kashmir without allowing the muslims to protest. Hindus must be allow to migrate to kashmir and set up buisiness. They should also be allowed to purchase land in Kashmir, invest in buisinesses, so that muslim majority in that area is diluted. Hindus opting to relocate in kashmir must be given incentives. The Muslims are protesting that army should not be deployed in that region. The troops should be moved out only after rehabilitating an equal number of hindus in that area. Incentives should be given to army officers who are willing to retire and make kashmir their home. We should also make efforts to attack pok and take it back. We should have targets set for ourselves behind the scenes. Why we have to show brotherhood when the other side does not reciprocate. We should cut all ties stop trains buses flights to pak.

Dear pls donot be an emotion and try to see the things in proper perspective. 1. J&K police being the state police has duty under law to protect the pligrims.
2. Deploying them means that J&K part of India and committed to promote harmony and Indian have right to go there
3. The visit promoting sangh parivar agenda is the most foolish thing to assume. I knows many people who visit J&K but none of them belongs to BJP. There is more than politics in the life. Religion is one such thing
4. Regarding deployment of army, it gives special right to force( which are availbale to army only) to control mob. What is happening need not to be eloborated.

Indian government should also withdraw subsidy given to muslims for visiting Mecca, because they receive training there from Pakistan militant against India

Dear Mr Shantanu , Then congress loose Minority MUSLIM Votes of 17 % . We have to shameful even after 17% still Muslims are Minorities and Minorities where population is more than 80 % this is what we have secular system SHAME to INDIA SHAME to ALl political parties SHAME SHAME
