its very balanced and straight forward article..the guy seems to be very genuinely concerned and rightly pointed out many facts about Afghanistan and the situation there..the biased and narrow minded mainstream media has ignored so many facts about afghanistan and tow the government line which is not their own but following the USA line of thinking there bye converting india as a mere licker of US boots..its high time the world powers realise the folly of involving in afghanistan and leave that country for the people of afghanistan to decided their own future..otherwise USA will collapse like former USSR which has crumbled after a long war in Afghanistan..History is going to repeat itself and US and its allies have not taken the lessons from Vietnam or fail to read the writing on the wall..time is running out for the west..they must leave afghanistan respectfully (which i dont think they will do because of their ego and hatred)..wait for the grand western fiasco in afghanistan..

The USA should not collapse and will never collapse. India too will be a super power soon. Let the west take thousands of Afghanistan, who cares. The Holy Land of Palestine is our heart and soul, our struggle and fight should be to liberate our Holy Land of Palestine from the occuption of the evil Zionist regime. War in Afghanistan is a diverasion from the real goal.
The US entered Afghanistan, killed millions of Afghans, men women and children. Now they find that the cost of continuing to kill them is too much and they want to go back to their land.

its how u see things..some one coming to rob u but u r fighting and bleeding him and disrupting his peace and even making him poorer and bankrupt..now u tell me who won and who has lost more..u think in materilastic terms while morally and materially in both ways west has lost the war they are just dragging the battle while the war has already been lost..they are now just looking for an escape route form where they can save face from humiliation...the US will collapse just as USSR and there are signs of it already..the great recession in USA has just begun it has not over as economists think..it is just a begining of the end of USA..

All American Presidents are yes-men of Israel. Handful of Jews are ruling the Christian masses in America and Europe.
Indian should learn a lesson from Afghan war and American defeat and should compromise with Kashmiri people and make a deal to end this Kashmir problem, otherwise for sure India will loose Kashmir

60 years ago a chance was given to leave the country... now that gate is closed. Only martyrdom is offered to those who dont want to stay properly.
What did the americans expect? flowers and music and a welcome party? didn't they know that afghanistan is and always will be a graveyard for invaders? have the americans forgot to read the history of afghanistan? afghanistan has never been taken over by any invader, not before and not now either!
I read a book Caravans by James A Michaner. It was from this book I learned about Afghan people. No foreign ruler has ever ruled Afghanistan sucesfully
