The killings are committed by Taliban leadership to create "50 nartyrs daily" to spread stink.. just like in Iraq and J&K.
A salaried sodier is more happy to be peace keeping if given a chance. But for survival some killings become necessary as deterrence - even though muslims rejoice martyrdom , kafirs are not trigger happy..

The Other paid agent was a professor in Washington university,whose book publisher is MIT.
