We may have the know how but we Indians as such lack the quality drive and professionalism.Thats the main reason we make better employees rather than entrepreneurs.
Stop this reservation & quota system in employment. The real talent is wasted, sending crores of money to the dustbin. There are failures in other countries too; but India is not a rich country and it cannot afford to waste crores of rupees when there is unemployment, farmer starvation deaths, Maoist violence and unequal distribution of wealth.
as all of us know that we dont any type of technological know how in Space ...we are trying to do that thing which other countries have done before 20 or 30 years.

Recruit New young Scientists with New and Greater Ideas.
Start thiking Beyond SPACE STATION then only we will be able to get chunk of Pie..

Young Scientists had seen the rocket pictures in their Text books. They had even made Paper Rockets that can fly around the classroom
