are you even educated?how can you talk like that?even abdul kalam was frisked.It is unfortunate that foreigners treat us this way.But does it make sense to even ask if she is the most powerful woman???
She is an IFS officer,what else do you need to say that she is great.

President of India does not fit the bill. She is a rubber stamp President (on the payroll of Antonia Maino) as compared to A.Kalam.

The most powerful women in India is Nira Radia the next powerful one is Barkha Dutt. Even sonia gandhi cant decide the portfolio of ministers but Nira Radia can do.
