He looks like Danny Denzompa !!
by Sunit Kumar on Dec 04, 2010 10:50 PM

If he tried bollywood he might get a break ... best wishes.

As far as GOI is concerned, they are not concerned at all for the people, not only North East, but that doesnt mean rest of the India has created issues.

Besides RELATIVE lack of INFRASTRUCTURE makes North East yet more of difficult place to handel !!

This is part of the Commi-Christian ploy for total secession of the North from India.
The region can not possibly become independent, sandwiched as it is between China and India.
Merging with China will only mean the loss of freedom the region now enjoys in India.

Stop cultural obsession with PAK & URDU
by Kris Kane on Dec 02, 2010 01:07 AM  | Hide replies

Just look at our popular culture on TV.. Just observe how much amount of time the media bigwigs spend on mollycoddling the URDU speaking pazkis - inviting them to India, entertaining them, even changing the way you speak your own language just to appease them, turn them into stars just to gain popularity in Pakiland..

Instead FOCUS on the vibrant sub-cultures within India itself - particularly south and north-eastern states... align with US instead of with PAKIs culturally and you'll see how united the entire nation can become within a short time.

About Arrest Of Meghen
by ningomba on Dec 02, 2010 12:10 AM  | Hide replies

Rediff: What is this news? He was already caught in the month of September in Bangladesh. People of Manipur are staging protest to bring him out. India knows that there will be issues if he is not brought out but wait till the time people will fly of the handle. India is now only saying after 2 months that he is caught in Bihar. What is this non sense? And All the people who are commenting here, if you do not know the truth please keep quite.

All these issues with north eastern states are due to lack of proper understanding of issues and political situation by our top leaders.

For the cultural schism that now exists somewhat between north and south, and more pronouncedly between north east and rest of india, the pro-PAK people are responsible.

More time is spent culturally bonding with the URDU speakers than with south indian or north eastern speakers.
