Someone should explaint to this self-styled tax-collecting soldier who claims he loves Manipur, and who cites the example of Bhutan that Bhutan enjoys the status of a protectorate of India. The trouble with all these militant groups is that they have absolutely no idea on how to run a country, or what they will do in the unlikely event of a secession from India.

No, I don't agree with you. Some 20 years ago, you heard a similar argument from a few people in the south, who argued that the north was holding them back. They pointed to the fact that the south was generally more progressive, the population growth was lower and literacy was higher.
Now the north is doing well. In time it will be the turn of the North-East. But it all depends on how soon these crackpot militant groups will disarm themselves.

I completly agree.. all these people wants to leave the country because, they doesnt belong to hindus. Please refer wiki to know the percentage of relligious in these states. the problems in Manipur, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram statred... becuase of aggresive religious conversion done by kerala christions..... there were no such problem ... 20 years before in Manipur, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram.. you will come to know the truth when you refer the history of so called rebel groups...
