Montek had made a habit of making unrealistic and rosy forecasts for the future with zero accountability. I am glad he has had his first reality check from the common people... I hope he realizes it is much easier to make such unrealistic false bottom forecasts sitting in one's ivory tower than face reality.

these eggs should be for cong high commoned who is directly responsible for price rise but didn't bother to come out and give any statment to solve the problem
Not sure how throwing eggs is going to work. Just a waste of good eggs. Giving the eggs to the poor would have helped fill a few hungry stomachs atleast.

Tell me what about the politicians, what are they doing. Its almost 2 years, we are listening, they are going to control the inflation, and price rise, what has been done in this regard till date.. Despite supreme court orders for distribution of stored wheat between the BPL areas, but they are thinking about earning money. More over, Hon'ble Mr. Manmohan singh, Mr. president, said that this price rise is required for the growth of country. Tell what kind of growth they are looking......... by wasting so much money in CWG. or by hiking salary of corrupt politician... No action yet taken. If someone is try to protect in their own way, beside pumping him, you are saying that they are wrong. Ridiculus.
