The cause of price rise is extemely low intrest rates artifically maintained by Govt to Keep FIIs happy at the cost of Indian Citizens. Low intrest rate helps Builders. All builders get money from polticians and FIIS. Comman Indian Citizen faces low income of their deposits and Inflation. Montex and Man Monhan Singh both knew that inflation will be high if this monetary policy is followed. Still did not want to change as they work for welfare of FIIs and not Indians.
