Who surrendered the sovereignty and freedom to foreign countries by signing the N-deal?
Who ordered to have Uranium based nuclear plants without ascertaining its availability for the life of plants?
Who wish to make India a junk yard of nuclear waste?
Who is planning to take MEGA LOANS for nuclear projects with cooked up parameters?
Who is signing treaties for nuclear projects with foreign countries taking India to a debt trap?
Who spearheaded the SEZ act and preaching forcefully for it?
Who spearheaded the New Exploration Liscensing Policy and when?
Who initiated the GHAT negotiations and when?
Who arranged to sign the ASEAN FTA without the consent of his party and Parliament?
Who arrange MEGA LOANS without any in depth study of financial viability?
Who is reluctant to enact a regulation to streamline LOAN REGIME?
Who manipulate democracy by HORSE TRADING?

There were fifth column men in the government from the very beginning of our Republic. At least the coming governments should be careful while selecting men to handle sensitive departments. Elect TRUE Indian to head the nation.
Everyone is claiming the credit of globalization and liberalization. Can anyone think of such a claim from someone in Russia where the drama of globalization etc was enacted by Gorbachev. What was the final result? USSR vanished from the world map. Wish it will not happen here in India.
Now a culture of 'Chaturvarna' in a different colour is being implemented. There is a phobia about 'family rule'. There is nothing like that. Family rule culture is being promoted in center/states. People should observe it and react to it in the election.
Panchayathi Raj is not Rajiv's concept. It was there from the time of Sri Rama. Mahatma reiterated it. Government of the day give chosen colour to their like. That is all.
Answering phone from tree top is not the indication of progress. Planting trees and harvesting is the indicator.

Foreign Direct Investment
by Govind Lal on Aug 28, 2010 07:37 PM  | Hide replies

FDI flows like a flooded river
Foreign corporates own retail businesses
Market flooded with foreign goods
People attracted towards foreign goods
No demand for local produces
Death of Indian industries
Media creates euphoria about foreign goods
Media controlled by foreign corporates
People's attention deviated
Sensual pleasures the lone aim
Look for loans
Governments encourage philosophy of live on loans
Make money is the lone aim
Moral value in society disappear
People crying for more foreign goods
All on loans
Governments creates illusory turmoil
To escape from the responsibility
Complete chaos
Oh, Mother India,
Save us

Vision_Budget
by Govind Lal on Aug 28, 2010 07:35 PM

Oh Mother India help me to serve India.
Some men tries to chain India to a dowel abroad.
May get released like a trap.
Drowning India in the Bay.
Let not the budget make people mad after money
Which will make men slave to the market forces.
Regulate market forces to make it people friendly.
Let not the budget weaken the federalism
And surrender our hard earned sovereignty and freedom.
Already we moved a few steps forward
Stop and come back to point zero and stand erect
Like Mount Everest!
Let not the budget give any chance to spread water war
Into the Indian soil, make Laws
Let not the budget give chance to spread the melt down
Into the Indian soil, insulate with Laws.
Let not the five star hospitals thrive on poor
With connivance of pharmaceuticals.
Let public secotr produce essential and primary formulations.
Let not leave the poor in the hands of greedy private managements of colleges
Come with legislation to protect the poor and backward.
Let not the CSO bring out false data for planning.
Evolve new method in place of GDP method.
Use Indian railways to strengthen federalism.
Let not the feeble mind dictate to railways.
Bring back the glory of seventies of Postal department.
Make this department a tool for unity
By encouraging all to use it.
Prayers to Mother India!
Give strength and courage the Finance Minister

Eggs at montek
by Suresh Heblikar on Aug 28, 2010 07:03 PM

Our economists have no knowledge of the ground realities. Many who head the institutions come from universities and backgrounds that are at wide variance with the realities of India.Montek talks about mechanization of agriculture where millions own small pieces of land where his theories cant be practiced nor what he thinks is good for the farmers or the land. Thus the funds allocated by Planning Commission do not see the productive results. The beneficiaries are other than the targeted farmers and poor people. There is more talk on rural infrastructure and rural development but much less work and money are devoted to this sector compared to urban development This is the reason agriculture is suffering and food production is declining and prices rising. The new economy leaders believe that agriculture doesn't contribute to GDP. They are misleading the whole nation. They are influencing the public policy decisions. These are skewed economic policies which are driving India towards food insecurity, inflation and further marginalization of the rural and urban poor. There must be a drastic change in the bureaucratic and administrative structures of the country's vital decision making institutions.

Student protests
by Charvak Chanyakk on Aug 28, 2010 06:38 PM

When students protested in China (motherland for all shades of communists, thosand were killed by China Government forces. Communists do not allow such nonsensical democratic activities. Reds take advantage of democratic rights to bring about one party dictatorship.

What type of students join communist party association?
Those students who have nothing in them to attract others. for eg: if you are good in sports u can make some friends. If you are rich you can make some friends too. The definition is as follows:
Students who are not good looking enough to attract friends, not good in sports or arts, from poor families, not good in academics but still wants to be heroes. The enjoyment they get is in terrorising fellow students under part support

as if the students really cared about the prise rise in their country. These student unions, not even once, have done a strike to update their academic syllbus. Communists parties are experts in taking stidents to road for their own benefits. But 2010 India is too grown up for such cheap tactics

Few years back a guy was complaining that after working in the field from daybreak to sunset, all he got was 2 rs for a kilo of tomatoes.
Now atleast due to 'price rise' some people who most of the time type on a laptop for a living have to shell out 20 bucks to the guy getting dirty in the field

India is a capitalist country and would remain a capitalist country for ever. There will be differences in earnings of people. Look at all the capitalist, they are the most advanced of the lot. They have prospered because private entrepreneurship has been given free hand. Let's not talk about equality. People are not equal. Their earnings depends on their ability to produce and deliver. Look at China, in paper a communist country, but in reality, a developed capitalist country with lots of economic strength. This strength has come from discarding the hackneyed theory of Mao and following instead the guidance of Teng Hsiao Ping. MMS, Montek and Chidambaram are among the best the country has ever produced and they shoould be given a free hand to run the country for long. Then only India would develop and be counted amongst the most developed countries of the world. There will be trckling effects of this growth which would benefit all sections of the country jushappened in China.t like it has
