The way for ur frustration is to have 4 wives at a time and infinite wives theoritically according to the quran.
c) More urgent is need for fatwa that taking Dowry is haraam. So no marriage can be solemnised until men take vow on qu -ran that they have not taken dowry / will not take dowry in this proposed marriage.
This is because as per qu -ran, man needs to Pay to bride (Mehr). So taking money / material gets automatically ruled out
