Yes. These clerics not having time to think about these things. No Fatwa against the people killed Pregnant woman.

Same thing happened in Ahmedabad riots killing of muslim pregnant ladies & children torn in half by the rioters..they were non muslims for sure.

Misinterpretation has become the part of the life. How one can stop the expression of happiness especially at the time of auspicious day. Religious books has nothing to say on expression of happiness The expression of hapiness is not against humanity.
C) More urgent is need for fatwa that taking Dowry is haraam. So no marriage can be solemnised until men take vow on qu -ran that they have not taken dowry / will not take dowry in this proposed marriage.
This is because as per qu -ran, man needs to Pay to bride (Mehr). So taking money / material gets automatically ruled out
