You dont need an EVM to prove EVMs are not tamperproof. I wrote to EC last year, he did not reply. I openly stated the same on this forum a number of times and challenged the smartest guys from IITs etc to find fault with my arguments. The whole methodology used at coming to the conclusion that EVMs are tamperproof was illogical. I am ready to wager any amount of money to prove that EVMs are not tamperproof.

first he was declaRED loser by over 1500 votes, then they did recounting and he won by over 3000 votes !
Why you need recounting when you use voting machines in the first place ??
recounting is when manuel counting results in close contest....voting machines result are instant and unchageable.
Not surprised if most machines were manupilated after voting had been done....soit took many days to declare results instead of within 48 hours of vote ending.
