Now that congis are OK to let their media come with the news that EVMs are not tamper-proof. CEC and every congi stooge have be vouching on their mother that it is tamper-proof.

exactly how chidu won. Congis have some other plan in place, the reason why they are OK to let media come out and say that EVMs are not tamper-proof.

Now you also know how congress won general elections and rest of the states. If it is banned congress will feel the heat.
The Election Commission is less than truthful in claiming that the EVMs deployed in general elections are tamperproof, when its own technical committee led by Prof. P.V. Indiresan held otherwise. The Expert Committee in its September, 2006 report (points 3.6 and 3.7) recommended that the old EVMs should be upgraded with suggested modifications, testing and operating precautions to make them tamper proof.
Shockingly, of the 13.78 lakh EVMs deployed in the 2009 Lok Sabha polls, only 4.48 Lakh are either new or upgraded machines, while as many as 9.3 Lakh EVMs (or over 2/3rd of all EVMs) deployed are old machines. The Commission has furnished this information in reply to a RTI query dated July 21 to V Venkateswara Rao, the main petitioner who filed a PIL in the Supreme Court on the issue. New, improved EVMs were deployed in the states of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and some UT’s and all north eastern states except Assam. In all others states, old EVMs, which do not meet the technical specifications, were used.
Why is it that these new, improved machines were not deployed in any of the key Congress-United Progressive Alliance (UPA) ruled states? Who were the persons responsible in making these decisions and what was the rationale in making the choice of states with the new, improved EVMs?

EC has no ways of checking the software imbedded on the microchip.......CEC has stopped the 'authentication unit' project being launched by BEL to check the same......
EC has not given reply to petitioners on even a simple question like 'why foriegn companies were chosen to load software into micro-chip........why it was not done by BEL etc...
navin chawla has also no reply to why paper trial of EVMs should not be done.......(similar to paper print out when u use an ATM).....
Guys we need to have a national movement.......to stop this murder of democracy by foriegn powers....
EVM with printouts like western/central railway ATVM cards technology already there..... NOT EVEN JAPAN GERMANY or AMERICA can trust evm's?I think if one doesn't actually understand EVM's(not even Engg Students in some cases) one can ask the courts to remove EVM completely. Best Solution is EVM with printouts like western/central railway ATVM cards...
After pressing button vote registers itself in EVM and a printed copy is deposited in a box (saves paper too..compared to earlier sheet) So if there is a doubt one can demand a recount which no one can deny (or fool like that is the case in todays evm recount).

IT IS A KNOWN FACT have you seen NGC .... even nevada gaming commision (which controls) LAS VEGAS casinos knows that electronic machines can be manipulated.
same is the case with EVM.
EVM are made by some scientist who i think given a billion dollars could not make a color tv(which can sell). leave alone a machine that is "tamper proof".
SAVE DEMOCRACY SCRAP EVM...RIGGED MACHINES are THREAT to DEMOCRACY
Are you aware DDA allotments, MHADA allotments were fixed.even though they were by software lottery No sane programmer can suggest that it cant be done. If it is so make the EVM code and design public knowledge.
