YET AFTER THETERRORIST ATTCK ON 26/11 WE CAN SE SOME ACTION TAKEN BY MUMBAI POLICE.?
How did this collission took place?
This is a very rare case.Reasons are many and varied.
1. The Pilot of the vessel would have casually took it as a days job of piloting. 2. Frequency of the vessel with port control not matching.Normally it is Freq 16 .This can be 12 or 9 etc according to Mumbai port trust rules .
3. The officer on watch not diligent to wart accidents.
4 MSC company is one of the best container co in the world.Port entry check list would have been complied.
5.On the wheels if some one(AB or officer in charge ) missing.
FINALLY WE SEE THAT THE VESSEL WAS ALLOWED TO SINK,JUST LIKE IN AN ROAD ACCIDENT THE VICTIM WAS LEFT TO DIE BY BLEEDING.
WILL THE AUTHORITIES OPEN THEIR EYES AND MAKE A CONTINGENCY PLAN IN SUCH A MAJOR PORT.
that this is the oil spill near the US Coast spreading over gradually and has reached India. I was wondering how it crossed the gulf and reached so suddenly. So it is a ship wreck that is causing the problem and even when the ship is sinking our guys were watching the tamasha. Our film makers would have been shooting the sink to mix in their next movie. Is it real accident or some easier way to dump unwanted nuclear or other waste in Indian Coast? I have serious doubts as accidents are not common in ships and that too so close to the coast of a major port.
Shamless old hagg of congress party. He is one of many in congress who doesnt have shame of anykind. Inspite of timesnow proving on his face about the scam he still comes to parliament. Why regret? What you say is 100% correct. If Godse could not be reached in mobile, he would have committed suicide. Only doubt is, would these kongros guys have allowed him to live this longer?

Corruption s the bane of all Parties,remember Congress under Mrs Gandhi started this babu culture of corruption which was lapped up by most of the politicians and the ROT has set in.Such People should be cornered & shot as you say. Kalmadi is Sharad Pawars Protege and is as shameless as his mentor without any remorse.
