Thats not possible in todays Congress Dictator Raj . It is open secret that EVMs were hacked in all major elections during Chawla raj . But it was done highly covertly by the exprienced stooge and the media was paid good.
Hope this guy does atleast somewhat fairly rather than ensuring congress victory in all major elections. It does not matter to congress now since they have made thousands of crores and it is time to take it easy and enjoy the loot while the non congress govts struggle to tackle the problems created by them .
Again when problems are solved by other parties they can come back using similar conspiracies and repeat their show.

Like Dr Abdul Kalam you have a chance of a lifetime to prove that India can have a jewel even among Indian muslims. Hope you would minimize the number of goondas and thieves being elected as MPs and MLAs. May you succeed where many others failed. All the best to you Sir.
Unless President who appoints CEC is directly elected by people with recall option, all nominated guys like CEC are susceptible for bias. Collusion happens when all three CECs bias too and no one can ignore that with current political setup...
