Still we have great concern in this victorious decision. Culprits will roam freely on "parole". And, no one will take notice of that. So they will be in jail on papers only. We must ensure that the culprits are actually behind bars. How.....only we have to think.

What about justice for victims of 84antisikhriots.
Even if a bichh dies her killers r punished but in 1984 20,000 innocent civilians of a community were buchered, still not even a single person punished till date.
