Its very unfortunate that Manu Sharma and others have been prosecuted. Manu Sharma is the Son of Kangresh's top functionary in Panjab and yet, the prosecution was allowed to frame the three "innocents" There is no reward for loyalty. The "justice" system is eroded. There is an urgent need to pass a bill in Parliament and exempt these three from the operations of Penal Code.
Why was Manu Sharma not given Capital Punishment? His stay in jail would be symbolic only and he would enjoy 5-star hotel meals in jail. The judge could have been bold enough to give him Capital Punishment.

One less bihari in world will not solve problem, they are so many of them rotting delhi and bigger cities.
What about of prosecution of earlier corrupt Judge, who gave verdict that "No Body Killed Jasica". SC must also give life term to that Judge, who gave the earlier judgement with completely malafied intention.

in most of the foreign country, murder charges are lesser for insanity plea or something that is nor pre-meditated or pre-planned.
