It is a SAD fact that in India we celebrate Democracy. However only few understand what IS DEMOCRACY? atleast 50% of educated India does not vote YET they feel proud of Democracy (where YOU MUST VOTE to be called democracy).

this article is another dubious intellectual attempt to romanticise the ruthless killing spree of the naxalites. how are the naxals any different from the LeT and other jehadi outfits? they also use noble semantics as alibi.. they also quote US attrocities as justification. when a maoist killer shoves a knife into someone's guts and turns it slowly does it pain any the less coz the killer has brilliant semantics backing him? in bengal's west midnapore , bankura and purulia districts naxalite marauders are daily raiding villages and dragging out villagers who support other political parties, in front of their children and family these hapless folks are getting their throats slit, or getting riddled with bullets. in some cases their bodies are rotting for days coz villagers are threatened not to carry out their funeral. these 'intellectual' ideologues of the maoists like ghandy and binayak sen should not be given any quarter whatsoever! no matter how many intellectuals and rights activists lobby on their behalf. in fact the family members and orphans whose lives and emotional health have been forever destroyed by these naxalite killers should be allowed to decide about their punishment !
