Everytime an NRI dies, the INdian media and people start breast-beating. Why the hell are we so clannish? What difference does it make to us, if some person of Indian-origin dies in a foreign country? Thousands in INdia die more terrible deaths daily. Worry about that, not about NRI non-entities.

Well I am an Indian, I live and work in Vienna. Guess what my european colleagues are asking me today. Well my answer was 'A small fireworks celebration at Vienna for Dr.MMS's coronation'. Help me to answer them tomorrow, when they will ask what happend in India today . Don't you think we were better off with the British rule. At least we had someone else to blame and get sympathy of others.

It is better to stop complaining and rather understand what has happened, so that you can represent your country better. If not, just say that you are not interested in politics and stay out of it. Time to stop living in a dream world and come to reality. This is India, and you have to accept ground realities before thinking of solutions.

Sikh are equally obsessed with relegion like Muslims. They should be more liberal. Many Hindu are relegious fanatic too. All the relegious fanatic give bad name to their relgions and cause headache for society.

U are calling people dalits and thats againts the principle of sikhism. anyway how many of panj Piaras of Guru Gobind singh were from so called lower caste ? any ideas? I dont understand the concept of dalit sikh , jat sikh , majbhi sikh , a sikh is a sikh thats all. By the way who has given u the parameters to decide who is a sikh? By going to gurudwara and having panch tat does not make u a sikh okay . U have to understand the deep meaning of sikhism which u hardly know. so stop calling urself a sikh . It's people who want that name Dalit along with their names for political previleges. Read about Sikhism first before commenting on it.
This Incident gives very bad Impression of peace loving Sikhs outside India Though its always very hard to find out about reaction of Highly emotional people of India --- Just take measures to stop it There should not be any politics on this issue----

Sikhs can be made soft targets as their votes don't count outside Punjab. They are a true minority. So, they can be exploited by our parties to any extent for political mileage as they did in 80s.
