IAF is a super power among all other air forces in the world. what makes is truley wonderful is the sheer grit, determination and courage of the people who fly the machines. The sense of patriotism, never say die spirit and truley exemplary discipline are the hall marks of IAF. We truley salute IAF, keep the flag flying. You always made us proud of you. Sorry mr. Bond! You need to go to sites of various defense establishments,result sof various exercises e.g. cope india etc to ackknowledge the fact that IAF is as leathal force as any top force of the world. We have skills and apparetus to outsmart virtualy anyone. IAF is potent and fearful force..still dont believe?? try wikepedia!
IAF is the pride of all Indians as much as the other two armed froces are. Given the best equipment, we can be one of the best Air Forces in the world!
It is ironic that we have lost more of our air force men in peace time due to lousy, old, junky MIGs (meant only for Museums) which have crashed dozens of times over last few decades. And no govt. bothered to do anything about it until very recently.
When will India change its attitude & mindset from the top to the bottom level? But for such psyche, we would not have had 26/11 as well as dozens of bomb blasts since 1993 Mumbai blasts - perhaps more than in Israel-Palestine conflict!
The enemy perceives us to be a naation of weaklings except for our size!
