To see that even after MMS making such a blunder congi doggies are still barking against BJP in this forum. If you congi doggies have little bit of shame just accept the blunder with dignity and promise to be careful in future.

Rediff should not do a copy-paste of the messages, they should just provide a few bullet points. People who can understand little bit of whats above donot have time to read the whole story. People who have half empty brains (most of our friends here in forum) will just go the next page or start writing rubbish here. Rediff - try to understand your readers.

Paaji don't be too harsh on her. She is a simple lady who doesn't know that A11a_h has sealed the hearts of the non-believers. The poor lady actually sounds reasonable sometimes because she hasn't ever picked up the k00ran. She wz born and brought up in a convent sakool.

Judge the PM based on the following:
by subramanyasastry hoskote on Jul 29, 2009 11:28 PM  | Hide replies

He ignored his mentor late PVNRao and did not even allot space for his funeral. (This implies that he wants to be the PM as giving the attention to the late leader would have invited the wrath of the Italian and thus his PM's seat)
His first rights declaration (Which is totally different from equal rights)

His sachar committee.

His loosing sleep even when a truly secular (Not P_SECULAR LIKE OUR COUNTRY) Australia arrested a suspected je hadi.

His back stabbing of the left on the N-deal although he is what he is today because of them.

His tacit approval of horse trading if not direct involvement in the cash transactions of MPs to win the vote of confidence.

THE ONLY GOOD QUALITY I FIND IN HIM IS THAT HE IS LOYAL TO THE ITALIAN WHO APPOINTED HIM. It may be for the attraction he has for the PM's post!

you need a stature and personal competence to understand the scholarship of the late pm - the best pm the conparty has ever produced after perhaps LB Shastry.

Vedas are very old and I do not give much importance to the same. Have you heard of Chanakya's "Arthashastra"? The nearest treatise to the same is The Prince wirtten by Niccolo Machiavelli, written in 6th century! Our Politicians can always dig into our heritage, when in doubt!!

BAsically common people are not intelligent enough to discriminate between what is good for the nation and whats not. In such a situation Con-party has the best machinery to exploit them. Unless a dictatorship or army takes over and rules in a ruthless way things wont change it seems.

BUFFALO STOLEN?
by bharat kapoor on Jul 29, 2009 11:00 PM  | Hide replies

In the countryside buffalo thieves offer sweet gruel to lure one out from owner's yard, Pak gave us a dossier before PM left India for issuing the `Bloch statement’ in Egypt days after he had told Zardari in Russia that `his mandate for talks with Pakistan was limited to how the country handled terrorism'. Was gruel responsible or it was accompanied by American stick?
Boasting that for FIRST time Pak had accepted involvement of Pakis in terror acts, FIRST time Pak has charge sheeted those [sans Sayeed] involved, FIRST time India has been briefed on results of investigation, FIRST time trial is `to begin’ and that this was `far more than the NDA Government was ever able to extract from Pakistan during its entire tenure despite all their tall talk’? What he didn’t say that it was for the FIRST TIME that UPA captured a terrorist alive after the shootout, for the FIRST TIME that Americans were among those killed, for the FIRST TIME FBI conducted investigations into a terrorist attack in India and Pak because American law so demanded and for the FIRST TIME satellite & net phone transcripts of handlers calls were internationally available.
They say that if one offers one’s beard to an adversary he is bound to pull it. India has offered Blochistan and Pak is bound to pull it for a long long while just as it did with Kashmir which Nehru offered by halting our army’s advance when it was just days away from clearing the state of Pak aggressors who wer
