Truly a great actor. His timing was impeccable. In the older movies - 60s & 70s, he used to be very good that we used to see them for his comic act. "Server Sundaram" is another great movie, where in certain serious scenes he used to bring tears to the eyes of the viewers. May his soul rest in peace

i dont think so,but most kamal movies he would play a role,like appu raja in hindi,he came as a villian.but his old movies like server sundaram was really a classic acting,he comes as a hotel waiter n eventually becomes a film star n finally realises that stardom got him nothing,because he looses his mom and never gets to meet her on her last minute,while busy shooting for a movie.its my personal best

it's a huge loss to the Indian Cinema..he didn't belonged only to Tamil cinema, we remember his roles in Kannada cinema, a very very great actor, comedian...May his soul rest in peace..
