One of the communist media plants writing a routine article
by Vishnu Sharma on Jan 26, 2009 11:12 PM

Eulogizing them. These lowly, paid Marxist agents in our media give it such a bad name.
Sometimes you question the very integrity of our media.

What is so witty about Yechury's response ?

Meaningless platitudes for insignificant traitorous scum.

No friend or foe
by openlight on Jan 26, 2009 09:04 PM

In politics there is no friend or foe thats why people keep on jumping parties.

Politicians are like diapers. They both need changing regularly and for the same reason.

Karat is an able statesman, in a wrong party
by Vinu Mon on Jan 26, 2009 06:10 PM  | Hide replies

Karat is an able statesman, but unfortunately groomed in a wrong party.

He is just like the Vajpayee in BJP!!

Eventhough the difference in policies and opinion he never go below the standard of our prime minister when he dealing with him at the time N-deal. That show us how a matter is dealed in a polite democratic way.

Finaly as CPIM could not support the N-deal they did withdraw the support of the govt. There was nothing wrong in that. Otherwise they could have lost their name.

Karat is a professional politician & trade unionist. He will succeed only when transformed into grassroot / mass leader. Don't think he can.

VINUMON MUST BE A SHEEP IN A WRONG CROWD. KARAT IS A PARASITE WHO SUCK THE BLOOD OF POOR LABOURERS SAME LIKE PINARAYI VIJAYAN. GO AND CHECK THE DETAILS OF HAVALA MONEY AND PROPERTIES OF PINARAYI VIJAYAN AND KODIYERI IN KERALA IN BINAMI NAMES. BUT THE POOR SHEEPS STILL KILL FOR THIER BELOVED LEADERS.

other option is to protest by letters or emails to editors of newspapers, tv channels etc. and inform them of your views.

at least you have the satisfaction of giving voice to your thoughts. dont worry whether it will help or not. think positive if you want a change for the positive.

THROW THEM OUT. IF THE NEXT GOVT. ALSO IS SAME, THROW THEM OUT AS WELL.

fortunately or unfortunately, people from this class who will receive smses on their mobile phones have stopped voting since 1992. There is nothing to motivate the middle class to stand in lines to vote.

@Sriram subramanian here u r wrong! All Middle class vote 100% !These r the guys who also conduct voting being Govt. servants(Though they r corrupt as most Govt. employeees r) and while they allow all their fellow Middle class to vote they make voting for poors difficult!they harass the illetrate poors and ensure that they do not vote for one reason or the other !Ask urself have u voted !And I say Yes u have been voting regularly and ensuring that ur family too votes -anf no need to mention which party these corrupt Middle class votes!Go and see in many places in India -go to Baghpat etc. and u will find that most poors are not allowed to even vote ! And I ask again when u did not vote! You always voted and that's truebut allow others to vote also !

Saubhadri Chatterji, are you really serious to write this? Please understand yourself, In politics no enemies only opponent. The real reason CPIM withdrawn support UPA to face election in Begal and Kerala where they directly have to fight with Congress. Nuke deal and all just a reason. How CPIM can ask the people to vote for then if they still support congress? people may decide why vote cpm vote congress direcly. Wait and see Karet & company joining hand with Congress again after election.
