Re: While all forms of religious fanaticism are negative, only Islam raises slaughter of all Kafirs (non-Muslims) to a holy creed

It is a pity that in Islamic country like Pakistan, Muslims are being oppressed because they want sharia law, pakistan govt. is kafir govt. Pakistan is dar-ul-harb

do not be so short-sighted, soon we will have to send our own forces across the border to maintain peace in Pakistan, and against terrorists, so question of fencing and mining does not arise

Fundamental problem with our line of thinking
by rohit raghav on Oct 03, 2008 09:26 AM  | Hide replies

As most posts show, we just want to hear about what this has to do woth India. Of course, if Taliban goes down & out, it helps us a lot.

But bigger point here is, can we have patience and more importantly acumen to learn about the world around us rather than being just spectators, the ones who do not understand anything about the show except the final outcome.

Let's learn to learn about the world we live in, analyze political and military situations & have an outlook commensurate with India's rising stature.

We are spoon fed from childhood and now also, instead of analyzing the situation, we want direct results.

Thanks Mr Raman for such detailed and knowledge enhacing post. Please keep going.

Muslims are already suffering and being singled out in every country. They are paying heavy price for being idiotic on religious issues. The thing people should understand is one should not be a moron as far as following religion blindly!

It's the reader or you are missing a point here.

Mr. B. Raman is a veteran in this area and have been exposing from time to time the way these organizations are set up, their aims & their workings, support etc.

It's sad that Indian Govt is def to these or in denial mode to accept the facts.

And now when the whole world knows what's cooking in those tribal areas in the events of terrorist attacks all around the world against secular countries, it has become more imp to understand their ideology (which they had made illusive in the past but now they are exposed and can't fool around the world anymore ).

I suppose you weren't doing the blind preaching to him during your school days like you do today. Try to listen to the other side's version. Then you will understand why even friends don't treat you the way they used to. Stop preaching. Have you seen any Hindu here preaching to you about Hinduism? Don't try to justify your behavior/stand by abusing even your friend saying may be he is a RSS guy and so on. The fault is with you, in my opinion, in the way of presenting yourself. Soon you will find that you have only muslim friends.

Muslims in India are poor, because they produce more than a dozen childern irrespect of their income.

if one want to see Muslims in good position, then they must stop marrying more than one wife and producing more than 2 childern.
