1. Is Homosexuality as old has human existence? 2. Has it increased over a period last 30-40 years or has just come to prominence because of society becoming more liberal? 3. Are these tendencies life long or transient?
Possibly answer to some these questions are needed to understand where we going.

There are research findings which says answer for Question No. 1. Every ancient greek art portraying the beauty of the male body is attributed to homosexual behavior
When population increases, all numbers associated with people will increase and I dont think liberalization can accelerate this phenomenon but can only make it open wht was happening in the dark because of fear, shame etc.

SB, I'd like to know, where did you come across whether being queer is transient in women? Please DON'T spout off your opinions on women.
1) Homosexuality has existed through all time. It is found in nature, in many species. Some even believe it's a natural means of population control.
2) Homosexuality hasn't increased. What has increased is its visibility in society due to people coming out of the closet and society's acceptance.
3) Sexuality is fluid and there are as many variations of it as there are people.
For most folks, sexuality isn't transient. People might experiment, but that doesn't make it status quo or transient. Everyone's experience is different.
According to a study done by Alfred Kinsey, 10% of the population is exclusively heterosexual, 10% is exclusively homosexual and the rest fall in between in different degrees of attraction.
This 10% is disputed by many, but what cannot be disputed is that homosexuality has always existed. Being a minority doesn't give you much limelight and most people tend to not count minorities.

No supported link is possible as almost all psycologists deny that it is a disease and no medical cure is possible. It is just a preference like Clothing , food preferences.

This world is made dirty by prejudiced people and bigots. It is made dirty by rapists and molesters. It is made dirty by the majority who feels it has the right to tell a minority how to live. This world is made dirty by ignorance and hatred.

That kind of marraiges are purely symbolic and not meant to be lived. even aishwarya was symbolically ymarried to a tree before marrying abhishek, to minimise the effect of doshas in her kundli.
