Sudhakar sir, I kindly request you to put aside your prejudices for sometime and give a thought on few of the points in this article.. Don't you think respecting the local leaders (those who represent them) will force the common man to think - if these guys don't respect their colleagues, why will they respect the common man?? this logic can atleast divert 1 to 5 % of neutral voters and this canmake a difference in the final result? am i right?

If Madanlal Khurna quit BJP and called Atal and Advani as dictators - is it arrogance of BJP worker,
Uma Bharathi almost spat on the face of Mr.Advani- was that arrogance of BJP woker
Mr.Acharya had called Atal Behari a Mukawada- is that a arrogance of BJP worker.
Gopinath Munde BJP resigned because LK Advani appoint Madhu Chavan as state President-is it arrogance of BJP worker. In fact Munde saw that Gopal Shetty his supporter is appointed, removing Madhu Chavan.
This all signalls BJP practices shamless Dynastic under the pretex of Fake Hindutva.
BJP in Karnatak won the election due to sheer division of secular vote breached by JD, BSP & SP; nothing more nothing else.

We must remember that both Mr Jawaharlal Nehru and his daughter were illustrious and capable names, and both had very high levels of mass appeal, political savvy, innate goodness and worth.
The decay began in the next generation, and was completed with this ignorant, arrogant and illiterate Italian waitress and her progeny.
There were two mistakes: First, Indira marrying Phiroze Gandhi. Because Indira was so very much larger and better than her husband, not much harm came from this association, but for one thing: The holy name of the Mahatma was usurped by this family.
Second was when Rajiv married this worthless waitress. That has done great harm to the party and the nation, because though Rajiv was a political nobody, a mistake, at least he had the innate goodness of the family. He, however, did not last. This lady is such that all the (negative) adjectives in the English language are insufficient to describe her, for she is an evil amalgam of so many bads. The worst is that she has no belongingness or love for this country, which she is steadily destroying.
There's a ray of hope though. Her evil deeds are likely to boomerang and finish her as also the diseased and cancerous leftovers of the once great Congress party that she has devoured and left to die. From these ashes, strong regional parties will emerge and rule their individual provinces, which is the right thing for a nation that has so much diversity that each province is like a small nation in itself.

how are these characteristics any different from those "homegrown" nethas like Gowdas, Yadavs (Mulayam, Laloo et al.,)and Karunanidhis ? how are they they taking care of India over their individual interests ? it seems easy and fashionable to turn to the favourite punching bags like the present Gandhis. while they are not the saints that some parts of the media portray them to be, other so-called "Indians" are no angels themselves.
in fact thr most arrogant fellows are media people. And they have no self respect, for a sake of pen set gift they will compromise anything in their coverage.
Go and check with other Indian political dynasties, before blaming Nehru-Gandhi family.
Here are the examples, if you dont know:
1. NT Rama Rao publicly declares that his youngest son N.Balakrishna is his heir future chief minister (as it AP is his personal fiefdom to appoint his chosen one among the litter as future CM)
2. Look at Karunanidhis! Karunanidhi has publicly stated that TN is divided equally between his sons; northern half to Stalin and southern half to Azhagiri. What are Kazhimodis credentials to become a Rajya sabha MP (meant for intellectuals and elders), and purported to be a Minister?
3. What are Sharad Pawars daughter, Supriya SUles credentials to be a Rajya Sabha MP meant for elders and intellectuals?
4. What are Uddhav Thackerays credentials 'to be appointed' as heir apparent by Bal Thackeray? Isnt Manohar Joshi the former CM a good successor?

I always felt that though we might not have got the best PMs in the world ( even that is questionable), we certainly had PMs,nehru,indira,rajiv,PVN,Vajpayee, acceptable to the whole india and their contribution to our nation building was enormous. failures were there in many areas, but still I feel a Patel,Bose or JP would have done much badly because of they would not have got nation wide acceptabiltiy. even these days we have seen Deve gowda,Vp singh like fellowd can create so much damage to our nation.

Out of 540 seats, how many seats u won in the last parliament election, still you rule the country without feeling any shame. How many percentage voted for you, less than 25% that means majority 75% is against you. If you talk about percentages, go to Hell.

Prerna , if you switch your brain on you will understand two things : 1. In a parliamentary democracy who ever wins the maximum seats rules. Who go the maximum votes does not matter 2. Shenoy is explaining what he thinks are the reasons why the Congress party got less seats
