Why cant Andhrites find a capital in Andhra region? and why still they want to exploit Telegana's Capital city HYDERABAD?

Andhra Pradesh Future.
In future
1. AP will be divided into Andhra & Telegana. 2. Capital of Telegana will be hyderabad 3. Capital of Andhra will be Vizag/Vijaywada/Kurnool. Andhrites will keep fighting for that.But we telegana peoples dont care about that. 4. Most importantly TDP will perish.

Indian constitution has given adequate rights for us to declare a separate statehood with HYDERABAD as capital.

See andhrites used the heritage of Telegana's Hyderabad to settle there.Now they are reluctant to get out of Hyderabad and settle in their andhra regions.
Anyhow soon Telegana will be a separate state with Hyderabad as capital.

What is exploitation? Please define it in concrete terms. Going by your logic, Hyderabad should separate from Telangana or else Telanganites will exploit Hyderabad. There is no end to this cycle!
