So Now tell me Kalyan, since a lage portion of mumbai is controlled (finacially)by the Gujjus, will you accept Mumbai going to Gujrat? Absolutely not will be your answer. Similarly Hyderabad also belongs to Telengaana.not just telanganites there are other people living there, constitution does not forbid any one from living any where in india.
