Habeebi!!!The word Jihad or its misunderstanding is not the problem! The religion as whole teaches vague ideas, give space or unclear to do any manipulation or interpretations!!!Even educated people are convinced in killing innocent people!! Especially Islam, in its implementation and spreading avoid the modern education and emphasized in ARABIC (which is a regional language and since prophet Mohammed born in Arabia, the Quran happened in Arabic!).As a result the total community is underdeveloped and living in pathetic conditions in across the glob!!!

Farid patel has clearly answered you i think. All things what you have mentioned are NOT JIHAD. The press portrays it as JIHAD. Ofcourse vested interests within muslim community also responsible for such misinterpretation. It is common sense, GOD will never ask to kill anybody. This is the problem with you people. You do not care to read others' scriptures and attribute an anti national like dawood with Shri Ram. As for Romesh Sharma I do not comment. I would also like to draw people's attention to why Shiites seperated from Sunnis. There are many numerical contradictions in the Quran. Can God make so much error in doing simple calculations?
How many days did it take to create Heavens and Earth ?
Quran 7: 54 Your gurdian-Lord is Allah who created the heavens and earth in Six Days
Quran 10: 3 Verily your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in Six Days
Quran 11:7 He it is Who created the heavens and earth in Six Days Quran-25:29: He Who created the heavens and earth and all that is between, in Six Days
The above verses clearly state that God created the heaven and Allah created the heaven and the Earth in 6 days. But the verses below stated-
Quran 41: 9 Is it that ye deny Him who created the earth in Two Days ?
Quran 41: 10 He set on the (earth) Mountains standing firm high above it, and bestowed blessing on the earth, and measured therein all things to give them nourishment in due proportion, in FOUR DAYS%u2026
Quran 41: 12 So He completed them (heavens) as seven firmaments in Two days and %u2026
Now do the math: 2(for earth) 4(for nourishment) 2 (for heavens) = 8 days; and not 6 days
Similar mistakes you can see in the verse: Quran 4: 11 - 12, and Quran 4: 176 in inheritance law. In these verses one can see the total property after adding all distributed parties adds up more than the available property, i.e., totals become more than 1 which are: 1.125 and 1.25. How come ? A gross mathematical errors, is not it ?

My dear friend you are doing simple calculations of maths but this is a bit complex than that. 2 activities can run simultaneously also. ALLAH has not said that he created the earth in 2 days and after completing it he set on it mountains and other blessing in 4 days and after completing it he created heavens in 2 days. Why do you deny the fact of the marriage of the Prophet Muhammad with Ayesha, who was formerly his daughter in law ? There are many such other incidents. Most or all the muslim dominated countries are under direct control of the USA.The govts there are simply US puppets. It is the US policy not to allow democracy in those countries, because it is difficult to control so many political parties in demovcratic system.in Dictatorship or kingdoms, all you have to do is control one person i.e. the king or tyhe dictator. US has always supported the kingdoms in saudi Arabia,UAE,Bahrain,Qatar even Iraq once upon a time.It NEVER ever utters a word against them. US has strong supports for HosniMubarak of egypt. Its so obvious. All the muslims staying in those countries want democray , just ask anybody there. So dont blame Muslims for the scenario.

How many Muslim friends around you have more than one wife? The prophet (PBUH) was polygamous, yes , but there were several reasons and very valied reaons behind it.He never married any woman for sexual gratification.His first wife was 40yr old while he was just 25 yrs old!! and apart from Ayesha and zainab, all his wives were beyond 50yrs.It was 1400 yrs ago, and you need to study the tribal culture and customs to understand things fully. Its easy for me to say How can Draupadi marry five men at a time? does it make any sense if you quote anything out of context?

Islam does not dictate people to marry four women at a time.It "allows" you to do so if you want to have sex with more than one woman, that too with the permission from the first wife, and by marrying you are taking full responsibility of that woman and not just using her as sex object and disposing her off. Islam never says go and marry four women.there are hundreds of situations where a man may get in a situation and the religeon "allows" him to do it so that every thing remains "legal" and the rights of the "other" woman also protected.Islam dislikes a man marrying more than one time, if he is not able to maintain justice between the two wives. Its far better than a man marrying with one and having extra marital affairs with 10 women.

Slavery was ancient culture,You must have seen or heard stories about Gladiators of Rome.1400 years ago they were every where, and there was no way to simply stop the system at once. If you read Quraan it has discouraged slavery and mentioned rewards for those who liberate slaves. When there was a custom, that a man can have a slave girl and have sex with her, islam mentioned it is disliked. In fact there is a famous quote from the prophet Muhammed, that any man who brings up a slave girl, educates her well and then gets her married to a good person, he will be rewarded with paradise. First and foremost ALL religions are rubbish in the sense they do not make you a better person value-wise in the least but do develop negativity in abundance! Further ALL of them were written/compiled more than 1500 years ago at the least. We discard thoughts, concepts, laws, policies, products, and services that were relevant just 50 years or even just 20 years ago. Why then are we stupid enough to hold on these rubbish concepts called religions that are ABSOLUTELY IRRELEVANT and OBSOLETE in terms of scientific, political, geopolitical, social, and personal authentication? Are we all so BRAINLESS that we cannot even think rationally? What use then our education and our thinking prowess? ALL RELIGIONS ARE RUBBISH! Just discard them from every day life and be happy. Otherwise like my old maths teacher used to say, "Suffer you duffer."

haneef was left out just because he was indian citizen , if he was a pekistani citizen he would have been packed in gunneys n sent to guntanamao bay, its the secular culture of india n its good name which saved the day for haneef.

Or do you mean to say that Haneef was a terrorist but was left because he was Indian and indians are not terrorist?
