condolensces to their family members. pray to god. everyone shd be sensitive to the feelings of their fly members. Indians shd unite and give them support.
Indians seem like a liable target in USA due to small population percentage of Indians in USA. I hope the USA is crowded with atleast 10 million Indians(possible by another decade) so that Indians are a recognisable group there in all spheres who can take initiative in protecting their ilk just like the Jews do.

I read a recent article in Times of India by Chidanand Rajghetta which says Indians in USA have associations named after their castes and subcastes(which have 10-100 members), and divided linguistically, sub-regionally, though they account a small percentage of US population. Such disunity doesn't bode well for Indians there.

Tamils hate everybody. It's one of the few communities that seems to hate all kinds of outsiders. Even tamil brahmins hate non brahmin tamils and talk ill of them and vice versa. It's mainly due to regional politics by DMK in that state and its hateful propoganda which people have got sucked into.

Small Population of Indians! Come on. Look at the non-stop flights from Mumbai,Delhi,Bangalore and Chennai. They are proliferating every month. Indians constitute the largest supplier of legal immigrants and 3rd for illegals. Soon Ahmedabad,Hyderabad,Ludhiana and Chennai will be vacant if the current rate of emigration persists.
Tragic event AND another murder in a gun free zone. they would not be murdered if they also carried gun. accrding to FBI there are more than 200 million guns in civilian hands. american citizens assumed much responsibility for self protection. I think indian in america also need to be ready for this kind of situation and so, carry gun with u. dont worry, americans have the gun rights for the common defence. non US citizens can not own a gun. Gun rights are only for US citizens. I am sure about New England area and assume this is true for whole US.

My heartfelt condolences for the breaved family. This is has been america. Nothing has changed over the years. In US, If you can afford you can have guns. No problem with it. No party cares a damn about this issue seriously. Be it Republican or Democrats.
