Congrats to DAV. Good school. Good Marks and their students do well in life. However, CBSE Board exam is not the metric. Many of the top schools in Chennai are well-known for redirecting the answersheets back to their school, so that their own teachers will do the grading. This has been going on for a long time. How else do you get 100% in English?? 100% in a language means they should not be in high school....they should be dining with Shakespear!!!!
If there exists a screening procedure in which only students who are already high achievers are admitted into the school, I dont see the superb performance as a success story. The challenge is to take in a diverse range of children with varying levels of learning capabilities, including average and below average students and still churn out the same results. Congrats anyway!
Its completely misleading. Its no secret how public schools function. They put filters in 9th std. and promote only bright students to 10th std, then again a filter in 11th std. only the brightest are promoted. No wonder you get this kind of results.What a farce ???
Many congratulations to Dr C Satish and all my teachers at DAV Goplapuram. I am a former student , and i still contnue to reap the benefits of my education at DAV. DAV not only produces excellent academic results, but it is also known for its strict discipline, transparent administration and lack of backdoor capitation fees. My regards to all my teachers. I am now doing a residency in Radiodiagnosis in the US after finshing my studies at MMC and AIIMS. I also want to state that the work of late Shri Ram Kalia (former pricipal and the bedrock of this institute) and Shri Surender Kumar (our former VP) will live forever.
right. for forcing students on a collision track with academic success. no mention of sport, co-curricular activity, health programs, extra-curricular activity, physical well-being; bollocks!

Taking in below average students and making them to score is where quality and best school comes into picture and not taking already brilliant ones and calling itself as a best school. The credit of achievement goes only to the students and not the school per se.
