God Created Whole Brhama / Universe
by human on Jan 02, 2006 06:52 PM  | Hide replies

God has created whole Universe / Bramha.. So it is high time we human stop dividing by relegion or borders.. If we all work towards Humanity, it will be highly appreciated by the God (one beleive) as ultimately we all belive in an UNSEEN GOD, WHO controls WHOLE Universe. As Hindus and muslims in America doesnt belive in Jesus as God, same way Hindus and Chritians in middle east doesnt belive Allha as God, and Chritians and muslims in India doesnt beleive in any of the God in whom Hindu's beleive. so we all beleive in ONE UNSEEN GOD..so take care of fellow humans, who the God has created.. nations and borders are created by selfish Humans LIKE BUSH ..

wonderful work
by Hari on Jan 02, 2006 11:21 AM  | Hide replies

its a laudable work.. and a billion people are behind you, as its about reflecting the correct light on history.

why dont christian history books talk about "inquisition" and islam about the brutal force which it used to islamise the entire area..

why is it so that only Hindus are pushed against the wall, that too when they are the most humane of all...

Good Article.

Mr Mahesh Quran definitely speaks about womens rights and people do follow them. Its people like you who are followers of Narendre Modi and company who are a disgrace to the Indian community.

By just writing some thing in Quran and treating muslim womans like non-leaving object does not carry any avenues.

Madam Shukla has shot her credibility when she talked about Islam.
She should revisit the Quran and see what is says about womens rights. There is one whole chapter (surah Al-nisa, Chapter 4. Alnisa is Arabic for woman). Furthermore, the sayings of prophet further set precedents for womens rights - let us remember that womens right to education, inheritance, conjugal relationship, business ownership were all permitted to women 1420 yrs ago.

Rewriting Hinduism
by srinivasan on Jan 01, 2006 01:06 PM

Kudos to Ms Shukla and others! When our "Mutt" chiefs are busy fighting murder charges and RSS&BJP picking up petty issues with other faiths, it is amazing to learn about these individuals who have successfully reversed the onslaught on our faith and culture in a foreign soil.

We should also appreciate the transparent system in California which has made this feat possible. This kind of fair analysis and amends are not possible in India. Our text books are filled with a lot of disinformation - thanks to the HRD Ministers of Congress, BJP and think tank of Left. All these dignitaries do not even leave text books out of their petty squabbles.

I must thank and congratulate Ms. Shukla for her efforts in putting Hinduism in right prospective in California Education Board.

Indeed it has been always the handiwork of pseudo-secular Hindus and the Enemies of Hinduism to portray Hinduism in a distorted manner to convey negative message about the Greatest Religion of Earth. This is the only Religion which considers the entire Humanity as one Body and all its messages are directed towards all, to make this World a better place for living.

Humanity? Yes, Ask this to millions of dalits being abused on a daily basis in India. They cannot even draw water from the, leave alone equal treatment! What a farce, Mahanty!

Great done.

To really comment on the religion one should look at the success and failure of a religion.

India is the only country which has never attempted any attack on any country for 10,000 years.

Indian philosophy is the longest living civilisation in this known world.

It could be 10,000 years or it could be 1.8 million years, it does not matter. The only thing matters is how the people are living? Are they living like human? or animals?

Are they always behind money (greed), sex and many other animal instincts? or they do some acts to decorate their humanity?

Are there any terrorists born in this civilisation? if yes, how many percentage?

When you say Hanuman as a monkey. I remember one story, read in next comment of mine..

No one to Blame.. Its all a vicious circle. No one knows the Big Picture.
by Sivathanupillai Venkatesh on Dec 31, 2005 11:50 PM

The idea probably most Indians flaunt about Hinduism's origin is not recorded, and so it is there since God created what so ever we perceive, probably is showing its repercussions whilst disseminating that idea to future generations. Western society grew up with organization in every aspect of life; can say most of the influential ones at least. Any idea which doesnt have a finite answer up to their perceiving capacity, and paradoxical to their way of living, particularly when it comes to individual rights, be it for men or women, they find it hard to accept and are ready to ignore the big picture where tolerance is expected whilst compromising individual choices. Moreover, as they already have a source for their spiritual questions which they are comfortable with and can find answers which may not conflict with their way of life at large, there is no need for them to pursue the intricate details available in Hinduism, which even experts spending ages couldn't unearth its big picture. They issue only statements or moral stories like Ramayana and Mahabharata where you are expected to think, analyze and make it possible to adapt those morals in your life. EOD, who knows BP. NS.
