It is quite true that the Naxals are the worst enemies within. The Central Govt under the leadership of UPA,instead of formulating a uniform policy for the whole India is siding the Congress Govt in AP,in having dialogue with the Naxals. All right-minded people in India should be afraid that the country/Law&Order would be with the Naxalites lead by AP groups. The way Naxalites are recruiting cadres in AP in broad day-light and the way they are occupying the lands and the way they are organising meetings at the desired places bears testimony to the fears.
These are the writers who want to talk abt violence when people resist against police atrocities..Everyone knows in this country that police acts for which section of the society and it seems this guy wants to protect those people's interest rather than common people's rights. While most of the people dont support violence by naxalites, writer doesnt seems to understand why these groups get so huge amount of support from mass base. It seems he is more interested in protecting the police and armies interest at cost of people's rights. I think these kind of ideology is very dangerous for our country and these are the people who are enemies within the country.
Lets get some facts straight: (1) More people died in the country by the Sangh Parivar engineered Communal riots than by Naxalite violence. (2)While naxalites want a Indian state by "armed" revolution...ditto for the Sangh whose Philosophy is "Militarize the Hindus & Hinduize the military" (Golwalkar).
Naxalites,with all their theoritical limitations, have done a lot to bring into light the plight of the economically & socially oppressed in the country. They are far more committed & less corrupt than the elements in the Parliamentary parties.
Honestly the kind of people who support the naxalites have no other means than by supporting a "bloody" revolution. We have spent too many years crying crocodile tears for them and at the ground they have got nothing in return.
Where the naxalites err is in the theoritical formulation. Maoist policies & strategies act well when the ground realities are very feudal & oppressive. While that is true in the villages & forest in many backward states....things are not the same in the cities and I am confident that the same "armed revolution " maynot be a good idea. One size does not fit all. The greatest danger is the RSS..always!!!

Look naxals are not the main problem that India is facing... comeon!!! Corruption... Poverty... Unemployment... Rowdyism!!! i could use all the characters just to list the major problems we are facing!!!
Naxals believe in left ideology... but (un)fortunately are not in large numbers.... while the majority believe in and want to folllow the worst creation of human intelligence and which is a bigger threat than nuclear weapons i.e. "DEMOCRACY".... and while some are nowhere and struck in the middle which is not good either...
Looking at the committment shown by naxals towards everything that they do... i feel there is much to learn from them... People who are 'ruling this nation' are much worse than naxalites... So i would like to rephrase the topic and may be start a new discussion Ministers, India's enemy within!!!
The ultimate aim of both is to acquire power!!! While one has, the other is opposing it... and if the other has, the former will revolt... this is a cycle which will never end...
i am sorry...it will end...when all the human race is eliminated!!
